WATERFALLS ZIP LINE TOURS The canopy consists of a series of 9 cables, 13 platforms that are suspended high above the forest floor. While on the canopy tour you will see a number of plants and animals unique to Costa Rica, possibly including howler and white-faced monkeys, parrots, iguanas and much more. During the tour we stop at the famous waterfalls where you can take pictures and go for a swim in the pools carved by the cascading waters. After that we´ll stop in Montezuma, so you can have some time to shop and look around.

I went with my mom and neither of us had been on a zip line before. The guides were reassuring and we felt very safe the whole time. The views were great and a dip in the waterfall was refreshing. Great way to access the top of the waterfall rather than climbing from the bottom. I recommend the 9am tour-... More

Went with my 7 year old daughter who initially was zip lining with a guide. She had so much fun, they let her go alone, and we felt safe with her doing that. The guides are careful and nice. There are about 3 longer zip lines and several shorter ones. The experience in the canopies was lovely, and we saw... More

This was my first time zip lining on a course not in the United States and it was excellent. I felt safe and secure the entire time, and the guides were easygoing and fun. I do wish that we had a bit more time/more lines to zip, because it was so amazing! The waterfall piece breaks up the tour nicely.... More

We live in the midwest and we have a zip line course near Dubuque, Iowa that is just as good, OK, so you can't catch a glimpse of the Pacific Ocean or swim in a waterfall pool, but otherwise pretty much the same aspect flying through a tree covered area. And the stairs, OMG, the guy putting on my harness... More

My boyfriend and me booked the tour because it was recommended in the lonely planet. I have no other tour to compare it with but I thought it was really good fun. The guys from suntrails were really sweet and nice taking care of your before, after and during the tour. The office where the tour starts is a bit... More

Family gathering of 15 ageing between 12 to 76 year old. Zip runs short, waterfall was fun. We all watched the video at the end of the event and purchased 2 cd's for $40. On return to the USA 4th. Jan. we found that both CD's were blank. We were royally ripped off. Monteverde zip line far superior.

The Canopy Tour was great! The guides were really friendly and patient. The tour feels safe and the view was great! Unfortunetly we lost our camare during the tour. But the guides find it some days later and send it back to our home.... So nice!!!

I went on the canopy tour with a large group from Anamaya on our first day at the centre. We had a fantastic time - they had several staff members with us and were professional and courteous the whole afternoon. It was beautiful, exciting, and super fun, until... One girl in our group was wearing a GoPro camera on her... More

Firstly I compliment this establishment on making everyone feel safe. The staff was careful and helpful. The scenery here is amazing. Plus the break in the middle to swim in the river is a real treat.

SUN TRAILS also do snorkelling trips, which we went on last week. we went straight from the beach at our hotel to ISLA TORTUGA for snorkelling (many fish!) and beach lazing on the beautiful island. Saw humpback whales on trip to the island! Lunch was delicious, a Tico (Costa Rican) barbecue on the beach. All equipment included - around $50.... More
