Half way between the town of Santa Elena and the Santa Elena Preserve the Sky Walk is located: This complex use trails, suspension bridges for a more tranquil introduction to the ecology and natives of the forest canopy, constructed within the cloud forest. It allows a vision of the forest from a different perspective which starts with a walk on the ground taking you up to explore the treetops, a hardly discovered habitat, called the “canopy” with a naturalist guide. Also discover the night wildlife at our Sky Walk Night Tour.

A nice forest

It is really a nice forest But the ticket to go through its more expensive (30$) without any reason to pay simply to see this forest. I think it should be free for the travellers

Not certain if this was one one we took, there were nione bridges to walk across, But the best part was the hike between bridges, lot of lush plant, ferns, orchards and other. Some birds. But did start with a hummingbird area

A very easy hike up well maintained trials and hanging bridges atop the rain forest canopy. Thrilling and beautiful. Take time to observe the plants and animals along the way. Listen for the birds.

Beautiful bridges and great views. It was interesting to see the top of the canopy. We completed the loop in about an hour. Good for a quick side trip if needed.

There are 5 hanging bridges. Start at the bottom, shortest one and go progressively higher. End with the longest and highest, Amazing to be above the plants, birds and trees.

We had a guide for this trip and it was very worthwhile we saw a group of howler monkeys, babies included, the bridges give great views and feel very stable, so enjoyable as long as you're good with heights

Had a guide to ourselves for our Skywalk on the hanging bridges, three hour walk above the Cloud forest. Our guide, Roy was very knowledgable about the animals and flora and forna and pointing out butterflies and beetles. We asked lots of questions and he answered them all, on return to the car park we saw the resident Coati, a... More

This attraction offers a nice variety of different ways to experience the cloud forest. There is a series of swing bridges that can be walked with or without a nature guide. We went with a guide who did a great job of describing the flora and fauna. There is also a gondola that offers great views of the country side... More

Wow. This place is unbelievable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We first did the SkyWalk which was educational and fun. Andre guided us around the bridges (which to be honest, were fairly terrifying). We saw lots of different birds, and it was interesting listening to information about the flora and fauna of the area. Excellent guide, very knowledgeable. We passed below... More
