Our lovely young lady guide was Russian but spoke English quite well. She is studying for her PhD. She gave us an excellent tour. Not only are the butterflies beautiful, but the other creatures were very interesting, e.g. Orange-kneed tarantula, kissing or assassin bug, Hercules beetle, etc. There are 3 different enclosed environments for the various butterflies. We visited the butterfly garden as part of a complete tour booked at our hotel. We were required to have a guide through the butterfly garden and he was very knowledgeable and spoke good english. Saw loads of butterflies on this very well managed butterfly garden. We were lucky enough to time our visit with a tour, which they run regularly through the day. A little pricey ($20 per) but the butterflies were gorgeous! Skip the boring frog tour, unless your just an amphibian lover. More
