Horse ride for the first time with a baby -- awesome experience

Yes people are entertained and it's a nice your but I hated the tour. Horses are exploited.. Its tough on them with extremely steep areas and when I got off the horse my knee was hurting a lot. Its a rough ride in humans And the animals. I would have rather hiked it and just ride the horse on better... More

Our concierge suggested us to do horse rise. We had a 14 month old and I have never done horse rise before. I was not at all sure about doing it and to be honest really worried. However, Randall made sure that we had a wonderful time. We had a baby carrier and my wife had our son with her.... More

My husband and I had a day open up while on our visit to Costa Rica for my brother's wedding. We decided at the VERY last second (about 11pm the night before...) to book a guided horseback tour with this company. We LOVED our experience! Although I am a nervous wreck with riding horses, Randall (our guide) helped me become... More

This is a family run company that takes guests on horseback through beautiful countryside. It includes a nature walk and the highlight of the trip, a visit to two waterfalls and the chance to swim in them. Randall, one of the owners, and his father Señor Mora, couldn't have been more supportive of this novice rider. The tour includes a... More

Thanks again Randall! Horseback riding in beautiful surroundings, views, refresh in waterfalls, learn about area history, plantations, flora and wildlife, enjoying a really nice local meal! Randall is very kind, passionnate and generous. He picked us up at our accomodation and the ride to the ranch was very pleasant since Randall was teaching us about costa rican habits and way... We went out with Randall and his father yesterday for a ride on their beautiful 300 acre farm and then went swimming in a waterfall pool. Randall and his father were amazing hosts starting from the beginning when he picked us up showed us the town of Quepos and then offerred us fresh fruit. We got off the main strip... More

This was our favorite excursion on our trip to Manuel Antonio. Randell was a wonderful guide. The horses were great for both of us, which included one beginner and one experienced rider. The property was beautiful, especially the secluded crystal clear waterfall. We loved getting in the water to cool off while we ate some fresh picked mandarins. Randell was... More

We enjoyed our horseback riding with Randall and his father, Don Juan Their property was beautiful. They were very knowledgeable of the area history. On the ride, we visited a wonderful waterfall to swim in. It was such a relaxing day spent on the ranch. On the way back to the hotel, we stopped to have a traditional Costa Rica... More

We are a party of six who enjoyed the ride out with Randall and his father and guides very much. My wife is an experienced horsewoman and the others are all novice riders but we all thoroughly enjoyed the ride. We also got a great knowledge of Quepos history on the car journey to the ranch and then all the... More

My daughter, son and I thoroughly enjoyed our horseback riding tour. We were picked up on time, driven with another family through the beautiful countryside to the ranch. Randall clearly loves his horses and takes excellent care of them. He knows the property well, having grown up on it. The ranch is a multi-generational home. The scenery is striking and... More
