I can't say enough about the time we spent with Roy! We were referred to Roy by another guide because he was full and I am so glad the other guy couldn't take us. He was very knowledgeable about the animals, trees, flowers, etc in Manuel Antonio National park and had such a love and excitement for good work that... More

Roy was a fantastic guide! Definitely worth the $51 per person. We thought about just going through the the park ourselves but we wouldn't have seen 80% of the wildlife without a guide. Highly recommend!

Roy Orozco communicated with me through email and we set up a date and time for a four-hour guided tour in Manuel Antonio National Park. He picked us up at our hotel and we drove to park at 7:30 a.m. It's best to arrive before 8 a.m. because it's cooler and less crowded. Roy is very low key and quiet,... More

Roy designed and booked a two-week birding trip to Costa Rica for me at the last minute. I spent the whole time with his colleague Carlos Luis Jimenez. This was my first time visiting the American tropics and things could not have gone better. The itinerary was well-designed, the food and lodging more than adequate. Carlos was expert at finding... Roy Orozco was an amazing guide through the Manuel Antonio National Park. He is calm, knowledgeable and has a 6th sense when it comes to birds and wildlife in Costa Rica. I would call him "the nature whisperer". He is profoundly good at finding species of insects, birds, reptiles and animals that are hiding in their naturals environment. Other guides... More

We were able to see quite a few monkeys and sloths. Unfortunately the park was a little crowded that day, so that probably hampered our chances of seeing more wildlife because of everyone stomping around.

I can't say enough good about our experience with Roy. He was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna, and his photography skills helped me get the best pictures of my trip. After the tour, when he heard that a taxi strike might strand us in town, he drove out to check and called us to tell us how to... More

Karen was an excellent guide. She was prompt, at our hotel right on time, and very friendly. Very knowledgeable and could spot amazing tiny bits of wildlife, along with the big ones. Great at capturing amazing photos through the scope. She was extremely patient with a tired 4 year old which was very much appreciated and modified the tour accordingly.... More
