Roy was an excellent tour guide. We traveled one hour north from Uvita to take his tour of Manuel Antonio. We saw sloths, spiders, birds, lizards, etc. The day we toured was extremely hot, humid and crowded. My daughter was upset with me because I failed to pack swimsuits for the swimming beach midway through the tour. We left early... More

Toured Manuel Antonio park in March with Roy as our guide. He arranged transportation from our cruise ship to the meeting point and led our small group on a morning tour through the park. He stopped numerous times to show us wildlife through his telescope that provided very close-up views. Without the scope, you can only see a small blob... More

We had such a great tour with Roy, who was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about nature and wildlife. Roy took into account special interests of the group and customized the guide accordingly. We really appreciated the tour of the park and felt that it truly enhanced our experience.

Roy was our tour guide and he was fantastic. Very eco-friendly and knowledgeable. All the other tour guides clearly respect him. Hard to imagine seeing the park without him. To us it just looked like a jungle split by a dirt road, but he kept pointing out animals, birds, plants, etc. that we would have missed entirely if it had... More

Took the standard tour through MA park. Jason was our tour guide and did a great job spotting animals, explaining the biology and was great with the kids and the entire tour group. Would highly recommend for your tour

We chose Roy from all the great reviews, and that was a smart move. Roy is very knowledgeable, and it was cool to have a fun high tech guide- he called the birds closer with recorded sounds, showed us videos and photos sometimes to explain better what happens behind the scenes of the plants and animals we were seeing (or... Our nature walk with Roy through Manuel Antonio park was great! Roy is very knowledgable and patient with all our questions and picture taking. Roy was able to get us some awesome pictures through his scope using our iPhone. We were able to spend about an hour on the beach which was gorgeous! The last part was stopping for a... More

Roy's nature tour through Manuel Antonio park was perfect. He saw birds and other wildlife that other guides couldn't find. And his knowledge was incredible -- adding interesting and relevant facts/figures throughout our tour. I couldn't imagine a better tour guide for this wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic day touring with Roy Orozco through Manuel Antonio park and the gorgeous beach, ending up with a nice lunch in town. Though this park is full of tourists, Roy tried to keep us slightly off the beaten path and got us set up with the best viewing locations possible, and we saw a lot of great... More
