A buddy and I went on the rafting trip and had a great time. Although the trip to the starting point is a little rough once you leave the main road, it is well worth the "Costa Rican Massage" ride. Beautiful countryside. The guides were very good and briefing was comprehensive. A stop at the waterfall on the way was... More

Amigos del Rio's 10-in-1 adventure will pura the vida out of you! It's intense, it's unique, and it's definitely unforgettable. The guides not only know what they're doing, they also know a lot about the location: they were pointing out all kinds of interesting types of plants and scenery along the way. There is special attention to safety and specific... More

Just an absolutely amazing adventure day in CR with our family of 5 (we have 3 boys ages 6, 11, 13). Carlos and his amazing crew took us on the adventure of a lifetime. Picked us up at our hotel, took us to their office for a great breakfast, and then off deep into the jungle and then onto a... More

My husband and I seek out adventure - ADR was so fun, thrilling, exciting, and beautifully breathtaking. We hiked, zip-lined, repelled, and went on a hummer that took you up roads you never would have thought you could go up in a vehicle - it was an absolute blast. It was unforgettable! The owner Ramirez is an amazing person -... More

We did this adventure last week and had a blast! The guides were amazing and very fun and the location was simply stunning and beautiful. This trip had a bit of everything.....4 wheeling in a Humvee, rapelling, ziplining, hiking, swimming, tarzan swing, free drop into river....can't say enough about it. Thumbs up! Way Up! Thanks guys, Jim and Carmen Orlando,... More

This was definitely the highlight of our trip. It had really rained the night before and the river was running pretty fast. It was our first experience with 3+ rapids and believe me there was plenty of excitement (and occasional fear). The guides and staff are awesome and fun. Our guide down the river knew exactly what to do and... More

Other reviews really cover it - but out of 10 days of fabulous CR, my girls rated this as their #1 activity of the trip. They still talk about it and quote the guides who were hilarious. We are pretty adventurous people but this trip had us all laughing and screaming, and the videos and pictures they took were top... More

We just did this amazing adventure last week. Since it's green season, we were the only two people booked for that day so it's was like having our own private tour. They'll pick you up at your hotel for a quick stop at their office to sign a waiver, followed by a bus ride to catch a thrilling humvee ride... More

Our first excursion was the Adventure Park 10 in one...absolutely intimidating but amazing! The guides are wonderful from the moment they picked us up and providing encouragement and ensuring our safety the entire way. Jorge and Carlos shared so much about the culture in Costa Rica these young men really make this experience incredible. J.C. and Lester were also super.... More
