I did this program for a month in the summer of 2015. I had tons of fun at this school and learned a lot. The teachers are really nice and accommodating. They are well qualified and only speak in Spanish so it's complete immersion. The atmosphere is relaxed which makes it easy to learn. Sometimes monkeys or sloths come by... More

Took a group of 17 students last year for the first time with Academia de Espanol D' Amore. In the past, had been bringing my students to a different Spanish school in Quepos for the pass 6 years but chose to try a different Spanish school last 2014 summer. Oh!! What a right decision - I made choosing Academia D'Amore.... More

This school is awesome and the people here are fantastic! I came for three weeks during the summer of 2013 to study and absolutely loved my stay. My teacher Keilyn is a wonderful teacher and genuinely loves what she does. I loved it so much in fact that I came back to live in Quepos and now I'm good friends... More

Choose this school!! Hey guys, I spent three months between Sept. and Nov. 2014 in Manuel Antonio studying at Academia D'Amore. I had no previous experience with spanish, but by the end I was at an intermediate level. The staff was incredible. They worked with me at my pace and made me feel at home. I was the only student... My experience at Academia De Espanol D'Amore far exceded my expectations. I spent 1 month studying at the school in January 2014. The location is situated perfectly central in town in Manuel Antonio with amazing views of the ocean directly from the classroom! David, the director of the school and all of the staff are 100% dedicated to optimizing your... More

I spent two weeks at the Academia de Español D'Amore in January 2014. This was my first formal Spanish training since university many years ago. Each day, I spent four hours in a formal classroom setting. The classes were small (3-5 students) and adapted to our comprehension levels. Our instructor, Keilyn, is an excellent teacher and while she is very... More

I´ve had a great time at this spanish immersion program that has become one of my favorite places on earth. This is actually my second 3 week sesson here and both times I have felt that I learned more in 3 weeks than in several college semesters of spanish. The program has a very diverse range of teachers who are... More

I attended the school for one month in January while vacationing in Manuel Antonio. It is an excellent program and I found the teachers and staff to be very competent in the classroom and always caring about the students. Formal classes were 4 hours daily followed by a one-hour conversation class where students could practice using what they had learned.... More

These guys have got it right. Highly trained instructors very patiently resurrected my old language skills to the point that a month later I was helping sell real estate by translating for buyers and sellers! The program works obviously! The staff are such wonderful, kind, and patient people with a real passion for Spanish Education and Costa Rica! I look... More
