This trip surpassed my expectations! The horses were very well-trained and guides were very entertaining! Che was masterful in engaging all on the trip, including my 4 yr old. It was a pleasant ride for my family of four who had never ridden a horse. The only downer was that the others on the trip didn't bother to tip Che... More

I love to ride and jumped at the chance to ride through the jungle while in Costa Rica! I couldn't have asked for a better time. The staff was friendly and the horses were taken care of and well behaved. Our guide was very personable and made the ride even better. The views through the jungle were beautiful and the... More

Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, they were also very flexible and knew so much about the area. The tour was very personable and informative, not to mention super fun. The view was spectacular the entire ride and the waterfall was a refreshing swim. The horses were very well behaved and well kept. I would definitely recommend this... More

I've been on horseback riding tours before but there is nothing like riding through the jungle. Not only was the scenery beautiful but the guides were knowledgable and taught us a lot about what we were seeing along the way. The highlight was getting the chance to swim in a mountain stream before heading back to the farm. Be sure... More

Our young family of four had a great time with Che and the guides. Our four-year old sat with his mother on a horse and the seven-year old was on a guided pony. It was a very laid back and friendly time. The food and amenities were fine in the main house, appropriate for the area, and we had a... More

This was a very nice relaxing way to spend a few hours. The tour is on private property and follows a river through the jungle to a waterfall. Che was an amazing personality and he made the tour for us. His three "grandchildren" (aka his dogs) came on the tour as well and followed us the whole way. They were... More

As an experienced rider I chose this tour as I wanted to see some rainforest and also get to really ride. I was not disappointed. The scenery was beautiful and the guides pointed out lots of interesting wildlife and plants. We stopped at a waterfall that you can climb to find an even more beautiful waterfall above and also got... More

The guides used on our tour, an older gentleman and 2 younger men are not paid for their work. One of them shared with me that they were asked to work for free with the hope that they can get tips. The man said they agree because even with tips, it helps them financially survive. He told me this while... More

First off, it you couldn't find yourself laughing or have a great at some point on this trip, you must be a miserable boob. Che, your guide, is a very witty, intelligent, and funny guy that will inform, entertain and bust your chops the whole day. The other guides where just as experienced, polite and helpful. But left the talking... More

My wife, daughter and I went on the horseback tour on April 14; none of us have ever been on a horse before. They could not have been more accommodating; they fitted us with horses and gave us explicit instructions. My daughter who is 9 was very fearful, the nephew of the manager (aged 11) guided her throughout the whole... More
