Pablo is a great guide, he is knowledgeable of the area and showed us a lot of wild life as well as many species of plant life. The tour was interesting and fun! There is another guide that works with this company who neglected to pick me up twice. I only recommend Paul/ Pablo

Excellent tour that began with a typical Costa Rican lunch in Pablo's home cooked by his wife - fantastic. Pablo was an excellent guide - talked about the importance of the mangroves, identified lots of flora, fauna and we especially liked the monkey encounter!

We booked this through our hotel, not knowing what to expect. We were picked up in the morning by van and brought to Pablo {The owners} home. there we met with his wife to pay and were given the choice of taking the tour by boat, or by double or single kayak. My girlfriend and I chose a double kayak,... More

We were fortunate enough to be booked with this group through our hotels recommendation. All I can say is Wow! Juan was absolutely fantastic with our small group. Incredible wealth of knowledge, the ability to pick out the most camouflaged creatures big and small, and a great sense of humor made for an amazing day!

We had a very nice boat tour with Juan of the mangrove swamp. He was great with my 4 year old grandson and 1 year old granddaughter. It was so peaceful. Unfortunately we didn't see any monkeys, but we did see a huge snake, some bats, and a tiny rare silky anteater.

Our family of six had an outstanding time with Pablo of Manuel Antonio Expeditions and Milo driving the boat. We had the requisite capuchin monkeys on our heads and shoulders and the kids LOVED it! Pablo was so patient with all of the photographs and worked hard to get the monkeys interested in our boat and kept everyone safe. But... More

We experienced two tours with Manual Antonio Expeditions earlier this month. First, we visited Manual Antonio National Park. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and was able to show us many animals that we never would have seen on our own. If you don't hire a guide, don't even bother going to this park. The next day, we took the Mangrove... More

We booked a private tour with our guide Juan using the Internet based on his reviews. We were not disappointed. We were on a cruise and he was at the dock as arranged. The walk through Manuel Antonio Park was very informative and we got some terrific pictures with his telescope. Without a guide there is no point in visiting... More

We booked MA expeditions on the advise of the place we were staying (Jungle Creek). Paul (fellow Canadian) came to pick us up around 8:00 am. We decided to follow him in our car so that we could spend some time in the park (and on the beach) after the tour. Paul is very knowledgable and extremely passionate about animals.... More
