We had a nice afternoon kayak trip down the mangroves. We were picked up at our hotel and were driven to the kayak site. Along the way, the guide told us about the town and what we were seeing along the way. You can tell the guide was very proud to be a Costa Rican and was excited to share... More

Our tour this morning was just okay, we were a little disappointed in the tour guide and lack of information that he provided. We started out kayaking and then snorkeling and the tour guide Did not point out any wildlife. After snorkeling we went to a rocky beach for about 30 minutes and then kayaked back, the two guides just... More

We are a family of 6 with children ranging in age from 13-24. We had a fantastic white water rafting adventure on the Savegre River with Iguana Tours. It was my children's highlight during our trip to Costa Rica. Joshua was a great guide and very funny. The River was amazing. This is a must for your trip to the... More

This is very nice tour. There was a group of 8 of us in 4 kayaks, as well as our guide and his assistant. They had a lot of information on the mangroves, and helped us spot a lot of wildlife, including going out of there way to help us see a pygmy anteater. The lunch they severed us after... More

Booked trip - they didn't show up, their excuse was that 'I' called up and cancelled. I made a RSVP for a kayak\snorkeling trip. Because I was the the only person who booked the trip, I agreed to pay $90 instead of the $60 rate. I was told to be ready at 8 am, I was. at 8:15 am I... More

We used Iguana Tours for transportation from the Quepos airport and to the San Hose Airport as well as for a catamaran tour while in a Manuel Antonio. Our travel agent booked all of these tours for us. The airport transport was on time and efficient. The catamaran tour was well organized and a lot of fun. There were only... More

The tour is called a hike I believe but it is more of a walk. Our guide Michael was knowleagable and he helped us see a variety of wildlife. Both our guide and our driver were friendly and helpful.

We won't forget either of our tours with Iguana Tours. We did a day tour in Manuel Antonio and the Catamaran 1/2 day trip. You could tell that all of our guides really enjoyed their role of tour guide and they were very patient and engaging with our boys (4 and 8). The guides were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and really motivated... More

We booked the boat tour through the mangrove. We were really looking forward to this tour because it was our last day in Costa Rica. It was arranged that we were to be met at the top of the driveway of our rented villa at 1:00 pm. We sat up there until 2:00 pm. At 1:45 pm an Iguana Tour... More

First let me say... if you are in Costa Rica in the dry season there is NO point in planning on swimming in the waterfall - because there is NO water. The guide was adequate but very preoccupied with a guest she had brought on the trip the day we went. Most of the ride is on paved and dirt... More
