We rode the tram up the mountain - then did the zip lines all the way down - such a wonderful experience! We hear that they do the zip lines three times a day - early morning, mid-morning, and early afternoon. My husband and I are not in the best shape, and were a bit concerned about whether we could... We were introduced to this attraction by the driver to our rental home...We highly suspect that he is getting some sort of kick-back from the operators, as we had a very bad experience here. When we initially visited (with the driver), we were told that if we came back early in the morning, we could do some sort of walking... More

This place is simply awesome. Flying above the Pacific rainforest was magical. The guides were very helpful. On the canopy, we saw sloths and pit vipers. I recommend this place to everybody in Jaco.

Contacted “Jessica” while I was in Jaco and she answered all my questions. I went ahead and booked the 6-in-1 complete tour. I was able to pay via CC at the park entrance, I was amazed on how enormous the park is, very clean rest rooms, a souvenir shop, and a nice size restaurant/eating/snack area. Below is my review of... Having been to Costa Rica before and done the zipling etc we opted for the more sedate canopy tram tour on this visit. While we saw very little in the way of wildlife on the tour the views and the information the guide shared with us was terrific. The tram moves very slowly and it is a very relaxing ride.... More

The actual zip line aspect of this park was great. The guides were very knowledgeable and were very safety oriented. The views were incredible from some of the lines. In addition to the zip line they had a walk through garden and a herp collection. They had several species of snakes inadequate enclosures. Some species of snakes, especially young ones,... More

We loved the whole adventure. From start to finish, this was wonderful. The guides were very efficient getting our gear on properly. The orientation was a confidence builder for us that had never zipped. The tram ride up the mountain was beautiful along with informative with the guide. We saw birds and plants of the rainforest, but no animals. There... More

This was one of the most exciting experiences of my life! The tram to the top of the mountain was breathtaking and allowed time for our guide to point out plants, animals and birds native to the rain forest. We zip lined over a mile back to the base of the moutain, then walked through an eco-tourism area where we... More

The Tranopy Tour (Tram and zip lining) with Rain Forest Adventures was a totally awesome tour which I cannot wait to do again! After going through a safety drill and receiving a helmet and gloves, we boarded a tram through the rainforest which took us to an elevation of more than 1000 feet. That portion was nice and tranquil but... More

We visited Rainforest Adventures both Pacific (Jaco) and Eastern (San Jose) and both visits were great! We were awed by how much the staff truly care about the environment they work in. For most of them, their work is not a 'job' but something they love. It was slow season when we visited, but both parks were willing to accommodate... More
