The tram ride let you see all heights of the rainforest. Viewing the floor and the canopy was awesome. The animal sounds were able to hear in the quietness.

While traveling with my senior, but active, dad we tried the tram/zip combo thinking he had an easy way down if he had second thoughts at the top. Not a chance! The professionalism, safety measures, and their handling the stopping made the ziplining a worry free and enjoyable adventure for is both. Great canopy and.vista views and fun zips. Highly... More

Very enjoyable tram and zip line experience. Great for first timers. Safety is a priority for the staff, yet not to the point of being smothering.

We booked this excursion through our cruise ship and enjoyed it very much. It is a bit of a drive from the cruise ship dock (1.5 hrs), but the trip is scenic and a good guide helps pass the time. The aerial tram ride comes with a private guide for 6-8 passengers, who is really helpful in helping you to... More

This is a great tour for everybody, except maybe people who are afraid of heights! The tram ride up the mountain is lovely and peaceful; the trams are small and each group was accompanied by a guide who pointed out various plants, trees, and birds. At that point people who would rather not do the ziplines may ride the tram... More

If you want a great view of the Costa Rican transitional rain forest (they will explain what that means), and you do not want to go on an arduous hike or ride ATV's or horses, then this is the place for you. Especially if you are older or incapacitated in some way. Or with a family with young children. We... More

Our guide was very informative. He was the best guide of whole tour. The ride was about 45 minutes. We had lunch at the base of the ride. The toilets were clean. There was also a souvenirs shop at the base.

We went on the Rain Forest Aerial Tram as part of our shore excursion out of Puntarenas Costa Rica when we were on a Panama Canal Cruise. We were taken there by bus, an interesting ride thru the Costa Rican countryside near the Pacific coast. We passed a crocodile hang-out along our way, as well as spotting a Scarlet Macaw... More

The aerial tram ride was fun and our guide was very knowledgable. Saw lots of birds. Safety was very important for the zip line with double harness, double cables, with hardhats and gloves provided. The zip lines were great with short rides and long rides over some stunning forest scenes as well as some stunning ocean views. After the tram... More
