The Britt Coffee Tour was very informative and the two guides were very funny. Overall, a unique experience. And the coffee and chocolate are excellent.

We booked on this tour before we left home, as something leisurely to do as we recovered from jet lag! So glad we did it, fascinating insight into coffee (no idea how many bits were inside a bean!) delivered by two friendly amusing guides. We booked to include transport from our hotel and lunch (10.25 pick up for 11am tour)... More

The Britt coffee tour was very canned, but we did learn a lot about coffee and the roasting process. The guides were friendly and engaging. It was a fun experience.

Pass on this canned, hokey coffee-growing info session. Was very interested, but got tired of corny jokes almost immediately. Guides also spoke so fast with heave accents that it was difficult to understand. Heavy push towards the gift shop really turned me off. Saw many repeats of the same gift shop while in CR...yuck! Recommend that you look for a... More

Great fun and child friendly. We didn't expect the coffee tour to engage our child as much as the chocolate tour did but it was a great surprise as our child much enjoyed (although didn't actually try coffee:) Maria (the tour guid) has a great sense of humour and engaged the large group. We took a short (1.5 hours) tour... More

Great morning, we learned about coffee , the tour guides/performers were excellent! Definitely recommended. Tips: Souvenirs might get them cheaper outside of the facility

Arrived early and was able to "sightsee" take some pictures and sample some fresh brewed Brit coffee. Tour was interesting, guide provided entertaining insights on Brit and the coffee of the region both in Spanish and English. Samples of all the varieties of Brit Costa Rican coffee were available for tasting. Lunch was simple yet very tasty. Salad, Chicken with... More

Just back from a Britt Coffee Tour and we're very happy. The atmosphere was great, the coffee was great and the tour was good. We booked with pickup at our hotel and lunch and everything worked out great. What would have improved the tour even more would be a smaller group with some more organized tasting of the different types... More

As long as your group is reasonably small (and you can't really tell until you arrive as groups and individuals are combined) this is worth a half-day or so for about $50. Our two guides used a well-practiced slap-tick routine to start things off... in and between the jokes the information about coffee bean selection for the best coffee had... More

It was raining when we arrive. They give us umbrella and hoping that it will stop. The whole tour was pouring rain but the guide was still informative and very funny. Very good information specially if you are coffee lover. I love the stage play and they teach you how to use different coffee machine. The gift shop was big... More
