Went with a group of 8, late 20s mid 30s on the sunset cruise. Great piña coladas using fresh pineapple. Also had a decent selection of beer including MGDs which I found entertaining. It was a fun atmosphere with a stop for some swimming/snorkeling though we couldn't see much due to the murky water. Food was pretty good too especially... More

My girlfriend and I went on our first snorkeling/sunset cruise. The staff and boat was great, so was the food and drinks (even offer premium drinks). It was a nice boat ride and I was excited about snorkeling. When we got there, the boat anchored up some distance from the shores. Normally I don't use any life jackets or floatation... More

The trip was very nice, great crew, and bartender! It was called the Sunset Dinner Cruise, but was more like a Sunset chips and salsa cruise, so make sure you eat something for lunch before you get on! Made a late dinner necessary! Nice day in the sun, snorkeling was fun, but not much to see. (not like Tahiti's things... More

We had a group of 20 people and we met on the beach and took a boat out to the catamaran. In early afternoon. We returned when the sun just started setting and there is nothing like watching a Costa Rican sunset from onboard this vessell. All beverages are included but please rememer to tip as this crew works hard... More

What a great fun trip. Met on the beach at 1:00pm and the catamaran left the bay at 1:30pm with probably 40-50 people. All beverages, water soda, beer and mixed drinks are provided. We cruised out for an hour and anchored for snorkeling for roughly an hour. After that there was food, chips, guacamole, salsa, macaroni salad, cookies. We left... More

We had a wonderful time on the Marlin del Rey! The service was fantastic, the drinks were top notch, the food was delicious, and the experience was worth every penny. I would highly recommend this to people of all ages. We saw dolphins, birds and lots of fish.

We thought this was a great way to spend a day and a good value. We were surprised that others described it as "pricey". The boat is very well tended and all of the employees are courteous and conscientious. We were taken to a private beach and got to see a school of rays flapping around at the water surface.... More
