We booked the Marlin Del Rey for our wedding party (35 of us) as an alternative to a traditional rehearsal dinner. Our group ranged from five children (ages 6-13) to our parents who are getting close to 70 years young (with most of us in the 30-40 year old range). The boat came to us at Playa Conchal and we... We had a blast on our catamaran and snorkeling adventure. The hosts were safe and engaging, and Mama Helen's drinks & homemade guacamole dip was delicious! Mets lots of fabulous families and couples. Definitely a good experience.

Sailing from Coco Bay on Jan 2. Nice large catamaran, very clean, exceptional staff. They love what they do and make sure you are satisfied. For the complainers this wasn't a dinner cruise so don't expect fine dining. All food was good and plentiful for this adventure.

The crew was very kind, knowledgable and friendly. We met some of the nicest people from all over and everyone enjoyed their day. We'd heard stories of boats being party centers for friends of the crew but, this was definitely not the case with the Marlin Del Rey. The drinks were cold and the food was fine. Not fancy but... We have been on several booze cruise tours, but this was our first in CR. We had a large group of 14 and had a great time together, not much to do other then drink, enjoy the sun and a little snorkelling. Lunch was BBQ chicken, chips, salsa, guacamole, cheezies and fruit. The crew was very attentive and entertaining, both... More

This is a must do on your vacation. Great way to spend an afternoon and to see the sunset. You really get your money's worth with the drinks and homemade food. Not to mention the chance to see some marine wildlife during the tour and do some Snorkeling. Staff is great and friendly !! If you can, be sure to... More

It was quite disappointing experience. We booked the cruise for $140 and expected (as we were told) water activities, good snorkeling, departure at 12:30PM, etc. Well. We started boarding at 1:30PM and started sailing around 2PM. The person we spoke with at the departure about 12:30 start time was quite rude. Snorkeling was a joke - I saw more fish... More

We were recommended to go by a few friends who had been before - what a good choice. The whole time it felt relaxed, fun and easy going. You board the beautiful catamaran and are almost immediately served a drink of your choice (followed by as many more as you'd like) We stopped at a beautiful cove to go snorkelling... More

What you see is what you get here (in a very good way). Depart around 1:30 for a few hours, full open bar, friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful views from the boat and a perfectly timed sunset return.

We had a pretty young crowd, so it quickly escalated to a Booze Cruise. The staff is wonderful! Speak English, funny, friendly and make sure everyone is safe. Their boating skills were impressive. Open bar with cocktails and bar tender and a cooler full of beer (Imperial, Miller and Coors). You can sit anywhere on the boat, inside, outside on... More
