Nick gives very specific guidance in my exercise and nutrition program. I like that I can consult with him online.

Nick knows his training. He is fit himself. He knows the body. He explains what you need to do and what it is working. He keeps you moving! Fun but excellent!

My husband and I did four weeks personal training with Nick, and he's a great coach! Not only is he very informative, he's incredibly encouraging. If you're wanting to get your sweat on while you're in Tamarindo, he's totally worth booking a session (or two, or three, or four) with!

We stayed with 6 families just north of Tamarindo at Las Mareas for a week in July, and Nick held two 30 minute sessions each on 2 separate mornings with 10 participants of varied age (12-42), physiques, and physical conditioning levels. I was able to train with Nick for several months this past year. My goals were to slim down and improve strength and endurance after having my first child. I trained with Nick last week during a quick trip to Tamarindo to run the (half) marathon. He provided a full-body TRX-based session on the beach. Couldn't have been better. I cant say enough good stuff about Nick and his approach to training. I was in the Tamarindo area for a month and met with Nick (in both group and one-on-one sessions) for strength and conditioning on average of twice a week. When I arrived in Tamarindo it was the day after a crossfit competition. I had a month of Pura Vida in Costa Rica ahead. Nick did a great evaluation of my overall fitness. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Nick Holt and his outdoor beach training. Couldn't have asked for a better view, trainer or experience all together. With the use of sandbags, kettle bell and TRX, I was pushed hard and it was well worth it! I recommend his sessions to anyone looking to continue their training while on holidays!
