It is so unfortunate that Trip Adivsor does so little to police company pages. Most of the reviews written in English on this page are not about Samara Fishing Trip! If they all were, Samara Fishing Trip would be ranked the number one attraction in the area! So, that being said, how did I decide on Samara Fishing Trip and... More

I fished on an inshore trip, for a full day, and couldn't be happier. The captian, Nan, was a skilled fisherman, extremely knowledgeable of the area, very sociable, and a great teacher. I don't fish salt water often, but I am much better at it now because of this trip. We caught several good snapper, and some jacks. We got... More

Wherever I go on vacation, it has to include fishing, so I do quite a bit of research ahead of time. For our recent vaction to Samara, I decided on Samara Fishing Trip (the name of the buisiness; website: samarafishingtrip.com). They wanted a deposit wired to them to hold my reservation; as fishing is important to me and the owners... More

We went fishing on Jason's boat to catch maui-maui, sailfish and more which we did. We had a great time. My son-in-law caught the sailfish and my daughter caught the maui-maui and I helped. It was a great day. We took some of the fish to a local place and they cooked the fish for dinner for us. It was... More

I am an experienced fisherman and wanted to taste the local flare. In all fairness it was the slow season in the area and the weather was not the best. My first trip was with a local suggested by Wing Nuts canopy tours. This was a great trip. The captain took pride in his tackle and tried his best. We... More

Freddy our guide was helpful, friendly and fun! We had a fabulous time seeing over 50 dolphins all around us! We fished mahi mahi and 5 pacific red snappers, then we snorkled. It was a wonderful experience for my family.

Theses pictures and some coments are not from Samara Fishing Trip. Our boats are professional fishing center console 26 feet with all electronic and fishing equipment on board, nothing to sit with these pictures of local little panga. Be carrefull and check the real web site. Rodolph SASSO Owner of SAMARA FISHING TRIP company.

We caught two 5 lb. or so tuna, they were flayed on the boat and Villas Playa Samara prepared them for our dinner ...fabulous. We saw a number of porpoise and a whale as well. 8:am to 11 was just right!

We went out near- shore fishing for a great price, caught fish and had a whale sighting within meters of the boat! Not that they can control when the whales are about, but what an awesome experience! Everyone caught fish and the guides cleaned the fish for you so they were ready to cook when you got back on shore.

I new my husband and his friends wanted to go fishing so I went for a walk down the beach where I saw a bunch of little boats and got some quotes. They ended up going out 2x while we were in Samara and loved it! They caught tuna which we ate fresh and raw...rock cod, and another kind of... More
