We have been sending home satisfied anglers year after year to the point that the majority of our business is now repeat customers, and word of mouth. We strive to take fishing to a more personal level. We encourage angler participation, and while at first (especially to the novice) it may seem difficult, given a good day it is hard not to catch the fever. « less

For the second time this year I returned with two friends to fish with Captain Rick and his crew. June can be slow but Rick got us a nice sailfish and a 225 Marlin - that's right, a Marlin! It was my first time fishing in 32 years to be on a Marlin. We fought it for 1 1/2 hours... More

This was our 5th fishing experience in Costa Rica. Rick and crew were excellent. My family, with 2 kids 11 and 13, did a full day trip out of Corillo (we were staying in Punta Islita). We had a great ride out, caught sailfish, tuna, mahi mahi, and were served a delicious lunch (Thanks Rick for the great fresh baked... More

We had an absolute blast today on the kingfisher. Rick & his crew were outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone interested in a good time. Thanks for the great memories. We will be calling him again soon.

This was our first sport fishing trip and we were not disappointed! We had a full day and everyone in our group (4) caught sailfish! Some even caught several! Rick and his mates are awesome and very patient with amateurs(me)! No fish to keep but great memories to take home! Highly recommend this tour!

Had a great time with Rick on the Kingfisher last month (March 2014). Landed seven sails. Attentive and skilled crew. Cold beer. Calm waters. Excellent day.

What a great day. Very nervous at first with bad knees, shoulders and back but had to do it. These guys did everything to accomadate. Picked us up at the hotel. Caught three sailfish on a half day trip. What memories for sure. Would highly recommend if you like fishing.

Went out for a full day with 5 big men. In all we were 8 with the crew and we all fit comfortably on the boat. Raised 6 sails and brought 4 to the boat. Hooked up 5 fish, 2 Wahoo, 3 Dorado. 4 jumped off but got one Dorado to the boat. Among all the boats out that day... More

Once we saw the Steal Your Face sticker on the Yeti Cooler we knew this boat was a good fit for us. First sailfish and 3 dorrado on a solid halfday. Rick stays on the tower with the shotgun rod. Orlando (seasoned fisherman, calm and collect) and Alonzo (energetic, english speaking) worked the spread and deck. Cold drinks, fruit and... More

Yesterday with 3 friends, Pat, Bill and Phil, we went out on the Kingfisher looking for sailfish. We raised 7 but released only 3 during the day. However, like Bill said: " A bad day fishing beats a good day at work." Slow but patients paid off.

We chartered the boat for a full day trip out of playa Carrillo. We started the day off with bright skies and high spirits! The boat crew was very friendly and accommodating. They had plenty of drinks (water, soda, and beer for all) as well as a delicious lunch hand prepared! The fishing was great and the atmosphere was wonderful. It... More
