Our group ranging in age from 12-47 enjoyed our tour of this beautiful plantation. The grounds were gorgeous. The stations of the tour were a great way to see the process of growing coffee. We started with samples of coffee and then they brought out a delicious iced coffee treat. Our guide was excellent- he took time answering any questions... More

Beautiful setting, excellent tour guide provided by Costa Rica Vacations (formerly My Costa Rica). Learned a great deal about the culture and history of the coffee business in Costa Rica. Lovely gift shop to browse and purchase Doka Estate Coffee and other coffee-related items. Well-manicured grounds open for leisurely walking tours, if desired. Not completely wheel chair accessible, unfortunately. Well... More

Charming Coffee plantation Tour with a great history. If you have time - stay for lunch right on the property and get some coffee - it's a must! I loved the Peaberry coffee! And been ordering it online from Doka since the visit.

We visited the Estate as part of our Caravan tour of Costa Rica. I learned a lot about the coffee production process. I now understand why coffee cost so much. I do not know how much the tour is since it was included as part of our tour package. I recommend this tour. I think it would be a boring... More

The Doka Coffee Plantation is close to the Poas Volcano National Park. It was raining but the tour was so good we did not care. We were shown all aspects of coffee growing, processing, and packaging. We have done several coffee plantation tours, but received a lot of new information. The tour was very complete. The grounds of the plantation... More

Interesting tour and explanation of the processing of coffee. Guide talked a little fast, so had to really focus to get everything he was telling you. There wasn't any coffee being processed while we were there and I think it would be very interesting to be there when they were actually processing the coffee.
