Everything about this place is great, the hot springs and swim up bar are fantastic, the only issue I would say is cleanliness. The showers and changing room facilities were quite dirty in the evening as if they were cleaned daily and not throughout the day and we managed to spot two rats running about behind the swim up bar.

Stayed for two nights with a teenage sun and although the hotel is away from the main town this does not cause an issue with eating as the restaurant is very good and well priced. The hot springs are excellent and the swim up pool bar is really first class, the hotel feels more like a four star and is... More

It is only about $15 and for lots of hot springs, cold pools, a swim up bar, slides, lockers... What a deal! Pack a picnic though if you are on a budget. The restaurant is delicious and high priced

We went as a group of 4--3 adults and one infant. The hot springs were great, and they weren't as big and as crazy as nearby Baldi, and they were not as expensive as Tabacon or EcoTermales. All those places are also very good, but this one fits into a nice niche that that others might not. Other places may... More

This is a great option for those who are not looking for crowded, large and expensive other hot springs of the area. They have several pools - most of them with hot water and some with cold/normal water. They have one large and one small slide and few other pools. They also have a garden with butterflies and other animals... More

prices are bit high but completely worth it for a couple of large hot spring pools + waterslides. Great for kids!

Great "supposedly theraputic" waters. Fun pool area for kids. Different pools of different temperatures. The only down side is that towels are not complimentary for non-hotel guests. I think it was 2 dollars to rent a towel.

We took a zip line tour above the hotel and after that we were invited to enjoy the swimming pools for free. They have cold and hot swimming pools, relax area and lots of slides which make the place a great fun for kids. You can also take a walk to their hanging bridge, a butterfly garden, crocodile area and... More

This hotel had amazing grounds with fantastic pools, hot springs, and lots of good slides into the various pools. They had a nice swim up bar too. The rooms are decent, but not up to par with the property itself. I did enjoy the butterfly gardens, frog gardens, and the crocodiles.

We wanted to go horseback riding, but we're not sure which option to go with. The guy at the front desk of our hotel recommended this tour even though it was at another resort. We had not been on a horse since we were kids, so we were a little nervous. Marvin and his son Luis put our minds at... More
