Went with Desafio's hotspring and dinner package (41USD with group deal) for Los Lagos, wasn't dissapointed but wasn't extremely impressed. The water slides were nice (and fast), but the wet bar was very slow with service with pricey drinks. There was only one hot pool reallly (the main pool with the wet bar) so everyone crowded there. The buffet dinner... More

We had an evening visit to the Los Lagos Hot Springs included in our Costa Rica Quest with G Adventures. After a full day of paddleboarding and canyoneering, relaxing in the hot springs was a great way to end the day. There's a fee to visit the hot springs if you're not a hotel guest, I think $15, but ours... More

Very much enjoyed Los Lagos. There are literally dozens of hot springs in the area, and I had thought of going to one of the more glamorous ones (like Tabacon or Baldi) but thought I would give Los Lagos a try. Completely pleased. LL has 10 pools of varying sizes, shapes, features and temperatures. For example, there are three mini-pools... More

Wonderful resort with 5 hot spring pools and two cool swimming pools. Several slides both into the hot and cool pools and a great swim up bar. Amazing place

The water in the pools is the perfect temperature for relaxing after a hard day of hiking, etc. The poolside bar is a great place to meet people and relax. The dinner buffet was good. Next time we may stay here...we did not know it was a hotel also.

The beauty of this resort, the great food, spa and the hot springs with many pools , as well as cold pools and waterslides, made this trip great for the whole family.

Great time here in Dec 2015. Great hotel and wonderful hot pools and waterslides. My 2 kids loved it and we had to drag them to bed every night.

Just booked this randomly on the net, as a filler hotel for my family, in between and Airbnb in Jaco and a tree house. We had a room for five, with a cavernous shower. It was located a few minutes away from the main location, so it was very quite. You would call up a shuttle to take you back... More

It is $15 to access these springs as a non-hotel guest. Although it would be nice for younger kids as they have slides, we were a little bored as a couple because the springs were not that hot.

Went to Los Lagos for dinner buffet, and enjoyed the hot springs afterwards. The buffet had a good selection to choose from, including chicken, rice, beans, salads, breads, soups, deserts. The fruit drinks were also good. After dinner, enjoyed a few hours in the hot pools, including a long water slide into the main pool area. There are lockers and... More
