I choice to experience the Ardenal National Park hiking tour and Hot Springs combo. The experience was excellent. Out tour guide, Allen was very knowledgable and had a great sense of humor. But the second part was even better. Relaxing in the warm natural water running throughout the earth was refreshing. We then enjoyed a fabulous dinner duffet. The menu... More

One of the best things I have ever done. A beautifull place, with lots of animals, and a magnificent vulcano!!! Then you have a tour guide name Jairo que "és encantador" and a very good professional. He knows about everything and explains everything to you!!! The Best! Patrícia. More

We reserved the hanging bridges tour through our hotel-los lagos. Eco terra was the operator and Paulo was our tour guide. We were only ones on the tour that day , so it was just like a private tour. They arrived right on time to pick us up. Paulo was excellent , very knowledgeable and very patient. We had our... More

We did the one-day combination tour with Ecoterra (which was recommended to us by the Casa Luna Lodge where we stayed in the Arenal/La Fortuna area). This included a tour of the Arenal Hanging Bridges, a visit to La Catarata de La Fortuna (La Fortuna Waterfall), an afternoon hike in the Parque Nacional Volcan Arenal, and an evening visit to... We signed up for the hanging bridges, waterfall and volcano tour. Opted out of the hot springs as our resort had its own. Walter was our guide and he did a fantastic job!! He was very knowledgeable about the plants, animals, etc. He even found a pit viper coiled up on a branch the we would never have noticed. We... More

Ecoterra was such an amazing tour operator. The staff was phenomenal! Alan who did our 4 in 1 tour could not have been more knowledgeable or interesting. He was so patient too with our 8 year old who enjoyed talking to him. Heiner who drove us all over the place too made the drives (some over 3 hours) pleasant. The... More

Paulo was a great guide, and our experience with Ecoterra was terrific overall. We went to the hanging bridges, the waterfall, the Arenal lava beds, hot springs, lunch, dinner... the works. We saw bats, sloths, frogs, vipers, lizards, and several other fauna and flora that I am certain we would have missed without such a knowledgeable tour guide. More

We had a great tour of the volcano and the guide, Jairo, had lots of botanical expertise and was very accommodating with taking photos and telling jokes. He was also really helpful in arranging a custom tour for the next day, which was absolutely above and beyond the call of duty. Jairo is an amazing guide and you will not... More

We used this company for 2 tours while in La Fortuna. Don't bother with them. They were very nice on the phone but both tours were a rip off for different reasons. We did a day of fishing and the guide was uninterested if not bored waste of money!!! Then we did the Safari tour, they come 30 minutes late... More

We are sorry for the bad experience in your tours of Fishing and Safari Float. The tours you book for, are not done by our company. Those were Canoa Aventuras and Arenal Sport Fishing, our tours operator parners. We are specialist in walking tours and birdwatching. Naturalist Tours. More
