Paulo was a great guide, and our experience with Ecoterra was terrific overall. We went to the hanging bridges, the waterfall, the Arenal lava beds, hot springs, lunch, dinner... the works. We used this company for 2 tours while in La Fortuna. Don't bother with them. They were very nice on the phone but both tours were a rip off for different reasons.
