I'm torn on this. This location was nice. There was rally nothing wrong with the venue itself. But in essence you are paying money to take a bath for 4 hours. The difference in temperatures amongst the pools was barely noticeable. Yet the idea is very cool - how often do you get a chance to sit in natural hot... More

A lovely evening after hiking all day. Grounds and ambience were nice. Cost of drinks was reasonable.

Beautiful facility and the place where we saw the most animals. We saw (and heard) the howler monkeys. Toucans were eating from the bushes as we enjoyed the natural warm ponds. Currasows and leaf cutter ants walked across the paths. The workers are very friendly and one asked us if we wanted to see a sloth and then took us... More

We called before to gather information about the place, the person provided information about rates and about the place, We were never told about how they have 3 schedules nor that the fact they work with reservations only, We wasted our times completely by going there, around 4 pm as the person at the reception told us the block was... This hot springs was not populated by many people on the day we went. In fact the eight or ten of us ended up being the only ones there. It was very tropical and peaceful. You could get a drink and bring it into the pool and just enjoy the soothing waters. There were about 4 or 5 areas. The... More

We arrived after a hanging bridges tour that went a little long so our time there was a little bit shorter than I would have liked. It was night. The grounds were beautiful - the lighting and water falls made me feel like I was transported to a magical place. Dinner was average. The only recommendation I would have for... More

It's small but quite! Beautiful gardens. A GREAT Place to photograph your loved one in the river with small waterfalls!

In an area with a number of hot springs offerings, the Ecotermales is at the top of the list. Not crowded, in fine condition, and with a top restaurant, this is the way to go for your hot springs experience.

We visited Ecotermales from 1-5pm and it was so peaceful. By 3:30 it was almost empty which was great. The caipirinhas were delicious but some of the other drinks were too sweet. Lockers and towels were provided. It was a truly restorative afternoon and I wish to return.
