Great entertainment

Great location for Tuscaloosa. Close to other attractions, food, etc. Have been to many concerts since being built.

I've only been to the Amp a few times, some for the free fireworks/Tuscaloosa Symphony Orchestra concert for July 4, and some for shows I've paid money to see. In each case, though, I've been impressed with the quality of the facility. My most recent visit was for a NEEDTOBREATHE concert, which was a blast. Acoustics were great, crowd excitement... More

Security was easy. Parking was a bit far with sold out show. Beautiful venue. Not enough hotels in the immediate erea currently. Downtown area was a plus. Great lot under overpass. Nice. Had a killer time here. Phantastic.

This is a marvelous venue. The setting of the amphitheatre along the Black Warrior River with a trains running in the distance behind the stage is a wonderful backdrop. The seats are all individual seats with drink holders, arm rests and not a bad seat in the house as we were sitting in the top corner section #205 and could... More

The Amp is a gem for Tuscaloosa. It is large enough to attract bigger name artists but not so large that there are any bad seats. It is as good or better than any outdoor venue in the country. Parking is at a premium but for most events you can park at the intermodal facility in Downtown Tuscaloosa (behind City... More

I've been here many times for many different events. I have to say that hands down, this is a great venue for outdoor concerts. The place is clean, well lit and well laid out. The sound is great as well. They have great concessions offerings for a public facility. All in all this is an excellent concert venue and it... More
