Not a big NASCAR fan but this was very interesting. took a bus tour of track, we were able to get out at Victory Lane take pictures. The turns on the tracks are crazy! they are five stories high at 33% incline...you really cant tell from watching tv how steep this is. The tour guide was very informative

We decided to take the track tour while driving through Alabama on our way home to Ohio. The speedway itself was pretty dead, with only a couple people working on a Sunday. That worked out well for us though, since we were the only ones on the tour bus. Our guide Bobby was a nice older fella that pointed out... More

Having attended most of the Nascar tracks, Talladega I find myself always going back to here. Well known for the largest tailgate party in the world, begins a week before the race. In my opinion this is the best of the old south racing.

My girlfriend took our 4 year old on the tour and he was pretty bored. But she had a great time and said the guide was great, she didn't spend a whole lot of money, and it was cool to see where Rickey Bobby is king! I'm all jacked up on mountain dew just writing this! 🏁

We actually went around the complete track! The tour included information about the set up of the infield and information on prices and places you can go or even do if you want to see a race. It actually was fun! I couldn't believe how high the track goes and I wondered how the cars actually stay on the track... More

We are not huge, crazy NASCAR fans, but we have seen plenty of the races on TV. We drive past this every time we head to Florida, and decided to stop. What a great idea! We did the museum and the racetrack tour. The museums are full of cars from all eras. Fascinating to see, and entertaining....the Ricky Bobby car... More

Loved the track, sponsors, etc. my bf had a blast racing. Didn't like that the car was set up for a much taller driver and he was very uncomfortable trying to control the car. He still managed 160 mph, though!

We visited the Superspeedway when nobody was there, there were 3 other people on the tour with us. Parking was very close and visiting the track was a fun experience.

We travelled to the famous Talladega raceway for the day when nobody was there, and I must say we had a good time, we couldn't really get anywhere near the track which is fair enough, just the shop and museum, but for me the real race track was on the main road to the raceway, I never knew I could... By the second day, we found we could always park closer! Even on race day we found parking to be a reasonable walk from the track. Grab a couple of waters and enjoy the weather and people watch at the end of the race...we didn't fight traffic at all. Don't forget...use all lanes to get to the interstate or Talladega...even...
