I've been travelling for about a year in Southeast Asia/Australia and decided to finish off my trip in China with the Dragon Trip. Best decision EVER! The guides were really great and our group was also really really fun. Everyone was super chill and so it was great travelling to cities like Xi'an, Shanghai, Beijing, Shaolin, Fujian etc... altogether. There... More

The Dragon Trip offers the best way to see China on an affordable budget, with a great amount of optional activities to choose from. The people I met in my group were awesome - with a good variety of all ages and different backgrounds. The tour guides were amazing too, extremely knowledgable on the areas we travelled to and always... More

It is not easy at all to find a tour company that offers what packpackers are looking for... but The Dragon Trip gets it and delivers 100%. Awesome locations, great hostels, amazing young team of local guides that know their cities and enjoy showing them in their own style. You are guaranteed to see all the musts in each city... More

The Dragon Trip is a China tour operator company that offers comprehensive itineraries so that you can get the most out of this spectacular country!! At times I wanted more detailed background information about sites and attractions, but that really comes back on me and my lack of research. All in all a great tour with good accommodation and activity... More

Been round China with the dragon trip for the past few weeks, had such an amazing time!! The guides have been so helpful and knowledgeable. We've done all the main tourist attractions (great wall, terracotta warriors etc) but also really cool activities that usually as a tourist we wouldn't be able to do (visit to a home in the mountains... We were on the last tour of the season starting in Beijing on 23rdOctober, parts were cold especially as you make your way back north but an amazing trip!! A few of the optional activities are pricy but most are worth it, some I think should be Included in the price of the tour like the Shaolin temple as this... More

Absolutely loved every minute so far, seen some amazing sights and made great friends along the way. The trip gives you the freedom to see a wide range of China which I think you'd struggle to do without it. The trip allows you just the right amount of time in the locations and though you're with a guide you still... More

This trip is well organised and let's you see places in China that you otherwise wouldn't know about. A mix of big cities and local towns this trip has everything. The tour guides are great and will help with anything. Made some great new friends and discovered a country that's full of surprises.

I returned home yesterday from The Dragon Trip. It was amazing. It surpassed my (very excited) expectations. All of China’s must-do attractions were included. For example: hiking on the Great Wall, at sunrise and at sunset; seeing the Terracotta Warriors; visiting the Panda Breeding Research Centre in Chengdu. There was a perfect variety of optional activities, which suited different interests.... More
