Fantastic Time and very affordable compared to others in town...

This is the BEST sunset sailing excursion in town. Our idea of a perfect day spent in Orange Beach can all be achieved along Canal Road. Our personal recommendation would be to dolphin cruise aboard Dolphin Tales earlier in the day; enjoy a nice leisurely lunch at Cosmo's down the street; stop off at the waterfront park and soak in... I really enjoyed a fun relaxing evening sailing with Captain BJ and a group of my friends... both BJ and his crew member were imformative and the sunset was gorgeous... only saw one dolphin but would go again in a minute... this gal from Wisconsin is sending big hugs to BJ... Thanks Nola Keiner

My wife and I spent a lovely evening aboard Capt. B.J.'s impressive sailboat, and from start-finish, it was perfect! If you are a thrill-seeker, this probably isn't the charter for you, but if you want to enjoy a romantic sail with your significant other, and enjoy a cocktail while watching an awesome Alabama sunset, I highly recommend this charter.

Captain B.J. is the best. We had a wonderful sailing experience for 20 people. Everyone had a fabulous time and throughly enjoyed the three hours sailing. We were guaranteed to see three dolphins but saw so many more. From teens to my Mom who is over 80 years old everyone loved it!

I was given the wrong impression over the phone about this cruise. We basically drove in figure 8s for 2 hours and listened to the same few songs. I felt like such a dummy for spending so much money on this. I have vacationed in the area for 15 years, and this is by far the worst "entertainment" I have... More

I enjoyed the cruise. It is very calm and peaceful, and the captain knew where to find a few dolphins for is to look at. I think it is definitely worth the money,so check it out.

Captain B.J. makes sailing on his boat, The Daedalus, a terrific experience. He will customize about any type of excursion you can think of. We took the three hour sunset cruise and had a wonderful evening. He and his first mate, John are very knowledgeable sailors and fun to talk to. If you visit Orange Beach, Sail The Daedalus is... That's Right! What an irresponsible business owner! I should have read trip advisor first! My wife booked a Charter for 9am Thursday morning....she spoke to him on the phone multiple times ...he kept saying he was real busy earlier in the week ...so we booked later in the week....Thursday morning comes and we are on our way out the door... My husband and I booked a cruise for shelling and dolphin watching with the captain. He responded with a text and all of the information. We arrived at the dock a little early even though it was quite hot and humid that afternoon. He did not show up and after calling him twice I finally contacted him. He said that... More

I wish I could say this was an all around good experience because I try to not be that person however I can't. During the cruise BJ and Brandon were both very nice and it was an enjoyable time. However while BJ was taking pictures he dropped my phone in the ocean. A complete accident and I understand that they... More
