I had the privilege of meeting Adam Burges and Kerry Parks at The Hot Shop and learning about different forms of glass art. I'm hooked!!!!! I can't wait to return to Orange Beach to take another class. Both Adam and Kerry were awesome and made the experience fun and exciting. My project turned out beautiful and I also purchased one... I was at the center during the holiday season. It was festive and the shopping opportunities excellent. Talented local artists created one-of-a-kind treasures; perfect for Christmas gifts. If you can attend a special event, do! It's well worth it!!

It has helpful people, art displayed professionally, beautiful setting, much interest for all ages. A place worth seeing over and over. Unique center because of the opportunity to create your own clay or glass.

My wife and I had an afternoon with nothing planned and we made a last minute decision to visit the Coasta Arts Center. What a surprise! The art work was exceptional and with a variety of styles that amazed us. The Center must be the best kept secret on the Gulf Coast.

We had a great time doing the glass blowing class. It was a great value for $50 we got to create and learn plus we had our finished product to take home. I would recommend not to do it the day before you leave because they piece has to fire overnight.

I've visited the Coastal Arts Center on several occasions both as a visitor and an artist. I have several items for sale in the Arts Center and the staff there has been wonderful! They are attentive, very interested in your art and success, and most of all, fun to work with. Their enthusiasm is contagious and this is evident to... More

It was one of our best surprises - the versatility of the arts, the opportunity to see glass and pottery creations and the equipment facilities where they were made, The graciousness of a well informed staff was especially appreciated. For us, it was a very memorable... More

Had a great time looking at the exhibits and the hands on glass project we did. Also enjoyed the glass blowing demonstration that was being given when we came back to pick up our projects. Would recommend all who come to the area to visit the center.

I can't imagine a more perfect setting than to enjoy original works of art next to Wolf Bay and one of the most beautiful places on earth. The building is an historical property from days gone by and each room is full to the brim with original treasures. My favorite by far is the life size oil painting of the... More
