Had a lot on my mind and needed a walk. What a nice rolling walking track. We probably walked for 30 minutes by the pond and through the geese. My only suggestions for improvement would be; add a bench or two, and have someone remove the pornographic drawing on the bridge. For Montgomery, this is a nice park

They need a spot light on the brick sign at the Woodmere Rd entrance to the Center. We drove past it twice because it was literally so dark at the entrance we did not see it. The parking lot has beautiful lamp posts but it is very dark in the parking lot and quite a distance to the Octagon Theater... More

This park is a great place for runners, walkers, families, picnics, pictures, kite flyers, RC Boat races, and RC Airplanes. We have spent so much time at this park over the years the ducks and geese should know us on site

I first visited this park to feed the ducks with some other moms/tots. Later I began using the park to train for a 10K. The "Bark Park" is very nice and offers a small and large dog park. One thing is to note is that the running trails are very bumpy/worn and it was hard to navigate a jogging stroller.

I absolutely love this park. It is beautiful all throughout the year and super family friendly. The most beautiful part is the botanicals garden.

I love the small dog park (there's a large dog park next door). Huge expanses of lawn. The playhouse has some really good entertainment, don't be fooled into thinking it's not top notch just because it's Montgomery.

Wonderful walking paths through a scenic park - you might see some black swans! Sculptures, water features, Fine Arts museum, Shakespeare Festival theatre - just a lovely park for a refreshing stroll.

This park is a wonderful place with lots to see and do. In addition to th Mueseum of Art and the Shakespeare Theater (both worth a visit on their own), this park is perfect for picnicking, playing, getting out and running around, and bringing the pooch along to the dog park. Don't miss the small garden next to the theater.... More

This big park is on the same property as the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. There are walking trails as well as a dog park. The dog park has a large and small dog side. There's also a pond where you can feed ducks. The fields are large enough to fly kites, have picnics, or fly airplanes.
