I enjoyed this quiet gem of an art museum. Located in a park area, with pools of water surrounding, you can view a few well known artists Hopper, Casal, O' Keefe. I esprcially liked the glassware colletion, stsined glass windows and open spaces that captured outside light into the galleries.

The museum's collection is very eclectic, and visiting shows are interesting. The grounds are meticulously maintained, so it's always nice to visit and view the works.

I guess by now I'm a bit jaded. I've had the fortune to visit some of the great art museums in the US (Metropolitan Museum of Art, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Guggenheim, National Gallery, MOMA, LACMA, Barnes, Art Institute of Chicago, etc.) and in the world (Louvre, National Gallery - London, Tate, Uffizi, Rijksmuseum, Vatican Museums, etc.). This museum has... More

One of Montgomery's hidden treasures, and it is free. The offering change with offerings from other nation wide MFA collections. Special events include children education which is excellent

You can look at art from all different time eras as well as all different kinds of art including paintings, drawings, china, statues, ect. There is also a kids section that is so fun even adults can enjoy it.

Great museum tour with excellent guide. The artwork and artifacts are tastefully displayed. Will visit again to complete the "outdoor" experience.

While not the scale of the High Museum in Atlanta this museum holds an amazing number of important works.

Loved the art glass exhibit as well as Art Works for children. The museum is obviously well loved and cared for. It meets a variety of interests . Items in their permanent collection are quite lovely. Staff were well trained, efficient, and helpful. The museum restaurant is a jewel. Hard to believe such a fine place is sitting in a... More
