Interesting cemetary. It is very large and interesting with the shear number and diversity of grave sites on several rolling hills. If you are looking for Hank's final resting place it is in the far Eastern sided of the Cemetary, Look for (2) tall white (fairly modern looking head stones...

My father was a huge Hank Williams fan and I fell into his footsteps. The cemetery was easy to find but I did not go down the main road far enough. Once I did I found that the entrance was well marked. The memorial is well kept and respectful. I have been three times, at different parts of the day,... More

Visited the memorial first thing in the morning. Kind of got lost trying to find it because I pulled into the main cemetery first (instead keep going, the annex is just passed it on the same side of the street). I was the only one there at the time, so I pulled up the Hank Williams station on Pandora (on... More

This is a fitting site for such a legend. His #1 hits are engraved on the headstone and his hat and boots are cast in granite

I know they can't move graves around...but I do wish their was a park and walk up sort of thing. It was really clustered and cars idling a few feet from grave. Still glad I went. Was glad to show my children. I think I'll go exceptionally early exit time.... so I can have a moment. RIP Hank.

This is a beautiful grave site. Lots of other old markers in this cemetery. Nice little drive and this cemetery contains some of the historic markers as well.

A nice life size statue of Hank - worth the stop if you are in the neighborhood - but not worth going too far out of your way. The nice part about Montgomery is there is so much to see - you can see a lot in the same area without going very far. A visit to the Hank Williams... More

Okay, don't think ill of me, but I'm not a Hank Williams fan, but I am interesting is American musical history, and he's certainly a major part of it, so a visit to his grave was worth it, to see a very interesting sight, and the solemn adoration of his fans when the visit, and believe me, there's always someone... This was an awesome tribute and memorial to Hank and Audrey Williams, but we visited a few days after Memorial Day and were disappointed to see faded and discolored flowers that appeared to have been there for several years. The cemetery is about a mile from the Hank Williams museum and there is a granite marker at the entrance directing... More
