Superman on this screen was fantastic. Great sound. We always get there early to claim one of the recliners. Will go again every time we are in the area.

First, this theater has a super attentive and friendly owner, who will do everything he can do to make sure you have a great time. The seating is comfortable. They have a great selection of beer, (not so much wine as it is in the individual bottles), and of course snacks and sodas. The movies played are great, some mainstream,... More

The theater is a gem in downtown Mobile, the owner Max is super friendly and makes you feel St home. My favorite part is the first two rows of big comfy recliners ! Oh and if course being able to enjoy the movie and a glass of wine :)

Saw the reviews here on tripadvisor, so since the theater was just a couple blocks from the hotel we decided to check it out. Seemed to be a good beer and wine selection there, though we didn't take part. Got there early enough to be in the recliners in the front row which made it even that much better. Saw... More

Give Max a hand for keeping a vintage theater in vogue. Give Max a hand for supporting local talent and giving them a stage. Give Max a hand for offering more than just the “hyped” movies and letting audiences enjoy some silent movies and some excellent low budget cinema. Give Max a hand for being on hand to welcome his... my friend went there last night and was denied entrance to movie for being a few minutes late.. Spoken rudely to by owner/manager.. With todays economy and the lack of discrectionary money as it is.. Running off business doesnt sound wise.

We were spending the night in downtown Mobile and just happened to stumble on this theater at just the right time to see The Great Gatsby which we wanted to see. We knew as soon as we entered the door that this was "our type of place". The owners (?) welcomed us and made us feel right at home. It... More

This theater is so cozy. The owner was so friendly, he treated us as though he had known us for years. I saw Silver Linings Playbook there before it had been released nation wide. Before the film, we were presented with a brief talk pertaining to the back ground of the film and the cast and crew. I would recommend... More

The atmosphere was great. Adult beverages served, an not the run of the mill movies playing. This is an independant film Theater. A must see place if visiting Mobile if you want to do something not so ordinary.
