The Mobile Civic Center has served the city well, but now it's old and dated and should be torn down and replaced. I have attended many sporting events, concerts & graduations in the Civic Center over the years but it's time for something new.

Dated facility and $5 parking don't make this this most visitor-friendly place we've ever been. But, for our purposes, it was fine. Make sure to allow extra time to get there if you're visiting during parade season, or on the day of a run scheduled in the area, because road blocks and one-way streets could make your driving experience frustrating.

The company that runs this place is not nice at all. No explanation just this section is closed you have to move! Few seats set up for performance and they say they will open the upper section when the chairs are full at 1pm Well the concert starts at 1pm?? Why can't we sit up there now and get settled?... 4 of us went there on the Sunday of the Memorial weekend to see Bobby Womack, The Whispers and Frankie Beverley and Maze. Where to begin.... The venue had been laid out so badly it was ridiculous. Seats in front of the stage and then awful seats facing side on to the stage, then a 20 yard gap. We were... More

This venue is functional but very dated. It serves the purpose but could be upgraded to be very nice for the city of Mobile but for now it is on the lower end of venues that I have been to.

The Mobile Civic Center is an average arena. I didn't expect much due to the fact that Mobile is not a large metropolitan city nor do they have any professional teams, however, the center is large enough for large events including concerts (my purpose for being there). It is a little outdated and the side floor seats were VERY uncomfortable,... More

I went as part of a college project, and it contains a lot of information and resources about the city.

I guess this civic center serves its purpose but the building is pretty dated N could use some updates and renovations.

This modern center has isle and chairs big enough to be comfortable through even a long performance and they book some top shows.
