Amazing amount of things to see on the ship. I didn't realize it wasn't in service that long. The planes in the hanger are super neat. Oh by the way the only negative was the flight simulator ride in the airplane hanger was terrible, very boring, overpriced and the employee was disinterested and doesn't like answering questions. Other than that... More

The USS Alabama is a great reminder of what our country's fighting men and women have gone through in the first half of the 20th century. From cramped quarters to foreign seas, you really get the feel of the ship as you wander the maze of corridors and ladders. We were there for four hours and it seemed like 30... More

Amazing restoration of the historical Old Gray Lady, as well as the USS Drum submarine!! A must see if you are in the area.

Definitely a "must visit" if you are in town. Has a great deal of history on the ship and grounds! Great views also! Really enjoyed it and the pizzas were good too!

Spent about an hour and a half checking everything out, so we kind of rushed through it all. Wish we weren't in such a rush (or that it wasn't as hot out) to spend more time checking out the entire ship. There are a lot of things to check out, from everything on the ship to the tanks, airplane museum... More

I took my son to come experience the USS Alabama and it was really great. It surpassed our expectations. Before you even get onto the ship there are a ton of tanks from different eras to look at as well. We enjoyed the whole trip.

This is a great attraction for all ages. The ticket cost $15 and the parking $2. They do have AAA discount. The ship is huge and would take at least 2-3 hours to complete. In addition to the ship you also get to see airplane museum and a submarine USS Drum. The biggest downside is the printed tour guide. For... More

This is a great attraction for all ages, young and old. It is just east of Mobile on the Causeway and it really brings all the history of what our seamen had to go through in World War II.

We wished we had more time in our schedule to explore the ship, submarine, and aircraft museum. The self guided tour allowed you to go at your own pace and spend more time at areas of particular interest. Allow at least 4 hours or even more if you are a history buff. Get a discount with your AAA membership.
