Awesome experience especially with the app. We were able to go section by section and read along with the app for explanation. Easy to follow directions to follow. Moye kids are 8&11 and the app was wonderful for them to follow on their I Touches. I recommend 3+ hours to have plenty of time to enjoy everything. I also recommend... More

Looking around this ship was fantastic there was so much information and the self guided tour was pretty easy to follow with corresponding numbers and arrows painted on the walls. There was lots to see and do on the ship and exploring our way around the ship itself was great fun!! Although expected, it was hot walking around the ship... More

We got coupons in Gulf Shores and decided to try it. So glad we did. Go to see as much or little as we wanted. Very interesting. Start low at the green tour then go up. The inside was amazing. Kids liked it. Toured the sub too.! Worth the money.

We went here with our 12 & 13 year old. It was an interesting experience to see how these men lives on the ship. But it is very hot & it's a self guided tour. The kids were ready to leave about half way in. Lots of stair climbing. Bring lots of water & if you are a larger person... More

The submarine was my favorite part. The battleship was neat, but incredibly hot. Take a fan if you don't handle heat well. I recommend downloading the app. It was quick and easy to get a lot of information about the park and its features. This was a great way to experience part of America's history.

Loved this! I had been when I was a kid. To be able to take my children to see this was a lot of fun. They enjoyed walking around the ship and seeing how naval personnel lived on those ships.

Just was fun to walk the decks and check out the ship. Felt like a kid climbing up and down the ladders and exploring. Then to explore the grounds and check out all the planes was fun.

This was my third visit and I have a new experience with each visit. Being able to see what our soldiers go through or have been through puts things in prospective. Be prepared to spend at least 3 hours for the tour. You will not leave disappointed.
