Walked down the street after visiting church. Had a market going on at the time so busy. List if near stores, restaurants and places to stop in. Got my hunter Santa at an old fashion soda, candy store of all places!

Cleaner than New Orleans with many shops and restaurants. Generally quite and fun to stroll along the sidewalk and pop into some shops for a peak.

I liked that there were so many bars and restaurants to choose from on Dauphin Street. Not being from Mobile it was easier to pick somewhere to go with there being so many around. it got kind of crowded on Thursday evening (college night) but it was fun.

My wife and I visit at least twice a year and we never get tired of coming. You can sight see, eat at a great restaurant, go to a concert, people watch, or party with the young'ns at the bars. A good time is guaranteed!

This is a lovely street and rather quiet in the day, but I understand it comes to life at night. Wish I could have been there then, but still enjoyed the area and the market in Cathedral Square on Saturday.

We walked down this street on the night we stayed in Mobile. Really cute street. Unfortunately there were a lot of closed places. Not sure if that's normal or just because of the time of year.

Though difficult to slow down & really look due to traffic, this is an interesting area. Beautiful old Live Oaks, gardens, and impressive mansions from several architectural genres. Worth the traffic headaches.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon and seriously this place is impossible to get through. We got a parking spot and went to the A&M Peanut store. This place is a must see. Small place but the nuts are amazingly good. BUT I will not go again.

This city has a lot of potential. It is sad to see a lot of empty buildings and shops that closes up at 5pm. Dauphin Street has some pretty architect, but the empty buildings take a way from it. Also it is disappointing that there was lack of reasonably priced stores.
