it was a dirty river, not developed, no one goes here before... but kudos to the goverment, its a major shift and its totally different now! so proud .. the waiting line can be a major hiccups, but if u know the right timing shd be ok. i prefer the night scene than the daytime though.. More

The Melaka River has been redeveloped to make it a very enjoyable for the river cruise or to stroll along passing lovely local houses, interesting restaurants and lodging houses. I found the evening river cruise to be very enjoyable. More

Only had a short stay in Malacca but the river cruise at night was he best experience. It was inexpensive and relaxing. After the exhausting trawling of the night markets and the wandering through the area around Jonkers street and Dutch Square, to sit and cruise was what we needed to end our last night in Malacca.
