The remains of the walls of a ruined church with slabs of tomb stones with the engraved names of people of the past. A dried out well and a statue of St Francis Xavier. Nothing much to really see on the hill. There were two local buskers, some souvenirs sellers, and a few portrait artist. Added with the long hike... More

This church shows the remain of the ruins after the war. A very historical icon of Melaka. There are lots of sad things inside this church. This is my second visit to this place. It is a good reminder to people that how important peace is.

This place has fallen below expectations... There are a few nice photo spots but that's about it. It's a very small ruin, and nothing spectacular.

Ok so this is the greatest fort of Portuguese, great the only thing remaining of this hill is ruined gate, church, few tombs of Dutch governor and a museum that's formerly the governor mansion. The museum wasn't that spectacular or anything, but worth to spend half an hour on, but the rest of the hill? Maybe historic geek could have... More

Run-down ruins that do not look to be maintained. Nothing very much to see, although it gives quite a good view of Malacca from atop the hill. Quite a climb up to it though. Near to other places of attraction, so can pack into a day's itinerary. No toilet facility.

Interesting for those wanting to know more about the history of Malacca. Nothing breathtaking, as most of the buildings have been destroyed. Still, the views from the top of the hill are pretty good indeed.

the steps up to the ruins of st paul is worth it, if you enjoy to get a great bird eye perspective of melaka. the ruins itself offer nice and cool shelter on a hot and sunny day. some people love to sit up there for hours reading a book or listen to the music they got on the phone.

It would be a pity to visit Melaka and not visit St. Paul's. Though St Paul's is a ruin it is interesting with graves dating back hundreds of years. The view from the top is something you will remember. There are hawkers everywhere but they don't hassle you and are friendly. We especially liked the young artist with the cats... More
