Brilliant views from the top of the hill. Excellent for photos. Gives you an overview of Melaka. Plenty of other attractiins nearby. Not too many stalls selling memorabilia to get in the way. Definitely worth the climb. Not too many steps either.

As always, I found the ruins impressive even though the structure isn't big in terms of size, but the sense of history there is unmistakeable. The massive red metal structure supporting the interior arch is probably keeping it from falling down, but more could be done about preserving the ruins; there was graffiti on the walls and vendors were displaying... A long walk to a shell of a church with vendors all along the path selling various and sundry merchandise not at all related to the Church, Splendid views of the harbor and great tombstones etched, inscribed or engraved are set up throughout the space,

Tour company describes as Dutch tombstones that line the interior - about 7 or 8 leaning against walls, but still interesting if you don't mind two hours each way in an old mini bus

Good to embark on a slow morning walk and St. Paul's hill. As you make your way up, admire the steps made of laterite which have stood up against the forces of both Father Time and Mother Nature. At the top of the hill, take in the picturesque view of modern day malacca while admiring the replicas of the canons... More

Visited the St Paul's Hill and the St Paul's church ruins on 2 May 2015. At that time , it was a Malaysian long holiday and the hill is packed with people. You can go up the hill via the stairs beside the Stadthuys , or via the parking area. The remains of Church itself was still stunning , roofless... More

Nothing much on top of the hill. Well you can have a sight of Malacca city and the sea (from afar) also old church ruin. Other than those, nothing really interesting.

Noted for its history this small hill has an old church ruin on top. The only other reason to climb it is the view. The heat and the humidity took a toll on this cold weather resident.

This is an average sized hill which has remains of an old portugese church on top of it. The remains of church looks good and it gives a strange feeling somehow. There is a cemetery too. I went there at night, and there was no lights inside the church
