I'm not good with heights so wasn't sure about taking this revolving tower to the top, but I needn't have worried as you are seated in aircon and completely enclosed behind thick glass. The revoving platform moves slowly round as it rises so you scarcely feel the movement up and down. The views are truly magnificent and if you're a... More

It just a walking distance from jonker walk, the ticket for adults with mycard (Malaysian) is RM 15 kids is RM 10. But for elders who more than 55 still need to pay RM 15(no special discount?). Melaka local government need to improve the tickets prices benefit for elders. Compulsory took photo before go up, but luckily not compulsory to... More

As much as I love the Red Square/Stadthuys and A Famosa because both landmarks play a very important role in Malaysian history, the trip was made more memorable with going up the Taming Sari Tower, the first "gyro tower" or rotating tower in Malaysia. We went up the tower at night and it was unbelievably amazing. Imagine going up during... More

Since you can see overall melaka from this tower, you can aim your next target place from here. If you not able to visit the places one by one, consider it done. View it from above.

I guess this must be the best place to view the city from above. But I also saw the city from above at St. Paul Hill. I just guess the 360 view from there is much better. I planned to go up the tower but went to Malacca on Chinese New Year and the queue to go up was very... More

One gets to see the surrounding Melaka city as well as the Malacca Straits as one moves up the rotating tower in clear weather. You can also grab something to eat if you're feeling hunger pangs!

My kids enjoy it. Waiting time around 15 minutes. If you're Malaysian, you will receive a discount price. Please bring along your MyKad.

It is about 80 meters high above from the earth surface. Wonderful view of the Melacca city could be seen here.

A price is a bit high but still valid and good with Sunset. Sunset time is the best time to enjoy the sky view into the earth and sea. However 360 ride in the top is short like less than 5 min and you may feel unsatisfied and want to stay longer. But enough to feel cause it is already... More
