Great place to stay in October - we were 5 days. really few people on the beach. Much better then Anjuna, which we left after 2 hours and came back to Palolem.

The other beaches we visited and stayed at in the north were full of trash, run down restaurants, pushy extremely aggressive female touts and not much of scene. Palolem had the annoying female tours trying relentlessly to get you buy stuff but it was more clean and overall better than other beaches we ventured to.

visited the beach with my hubby...the water was clean and the waves were not very high, so we could really enjoy the swim....sandy beach and yet surrounded by greeneries along the coasts...beautiful and relaxing...lots of food joints and flea markets...enjoyed alot.

Much nicer and cleaner than northern Goa. Great food, atmosphere, sunsets, shopping, dolphin watching, and Rahul's cookery class.

its like Miami of India :D extremely good crowd, and beautiful place. No waves at all ! So you can enjoy the beach to the fullest. A must visit place in Goa, though its very far from North Goa ( traditional place for Indians to visit)

Most quiet, serene and great beach of GOA. The beach is just happening and also quiet at the same time. It was the second time here and i just enjoyed being here. The nice sleep on the sands of palolem was just unforgettable.

The beach is very clean. You can even take a boat-ride along the back water into the jungle. Lot is good restaurants available here, with cuisine ranging from Italian, Chinese, pure veg. Lot of small Holiday home are also available.

The water was clean initially in the morning. By noon we started seeing candles and restaurant waste floating around in the water. Got out of the water like a bat out of hell and never went back.
