Cabo de Rama Fort was built by the Portuguese to keep away invaders from what is now Karnataka and Maharastra. The cannons overlooking the Arabian Sea are still there as reminders of a bygone era. The Fort also houses a church to St. Anthony and is the only church for the residents of the place which may be a 100... More

The ride to this place is just splendid as it runs through forest and gives you some breathtaking views of the sea. There is a fort, you can climb up the wall to have a gaze at the sea, capture the panoramic view. Some of the spectacular views you can get from the cliff and walk down to the beach... More

A rocky fort with awesome views from the top. Looks best during monsoons The road that leads to fort is almost like it ends in the sea. Just beautiful. Must not miss while you are in Goa. The drive to the fort is amazing! People who know Goa only for beaches will change their mind. Lush green Goa, good roads... More

This place is located far from the touristy Goa, but it's an absolute must visit and trek around the walls of the fort.

The ruins are pretty much in decent shape. The views are excellent. Not many people visit this place. So, its quite and secluded. But, that is where its charm lies!

Went here with good expectations about the place, but was kind of disappointed. The fort isnt what it used to be a few years back.

The fort lies at the end of 'unending' road, a place which my GPS could not locate exactly...place is way isolated and has no eating joint / petrol pump nearby... the fort itself is in a state of neglect with cows goats around, broken bottles of beer and lots of garbage. However, once one passes all of this, the view... More
