The fort lies at the end of 'unending' road, a place which my GPS could not locate exactly...place is way isolated and has no eating joint / petrol pump nearby... the fort itself is in a state of neglect with cows goats around, broken bottles of beer and lots of garbage. For holidayers in Goa, it is the Dil Chahta Hai Fortas a few scenes from themovie was shot here. Nice view from the fort and should visit, if not a must visit place. But at the time of the visit the place seemed to be in a state of neglect with long grasses around it and broken beer bottles, cans... More

I visited the fort with my friends, nothing worth mentioning. But the beach close by is great. No crowd. very very quiet. Best place to go if you want to have a picnic or just spend some quiet time enjoying the waves touching the clean sand.

i fail to understand why would people rate it 3 stars or 2 stars, this place deserves nothing but a 5 star review which i will give. amongst all the forts that i have visited (4 out of the 5 forts in goa) this is clearly the best of them all.though a bit far away from the normal hustle bustle... The fort is really just an entrance and the old boundary walls.Enormous banyan trees grow in the gardens.Lovely place to find on our scooters.I wouldn't make a special trip.

Cabo de Rama Fort is in South Goa and you can come across while going to Palolem beach. Location of fort is on a hill but this place is not maintained. Views from top is great especially sea...

Nothing here !!! so nothing more to write. some old ruin if you walk around and you go up the fort you sure do have a view to the sea which is nice.

It's a Secluded fort and from panjim it took me more than an hour of driving my bike up and down to get here... But when on a holiday one can't miss such forts... Though this one is not in a good shape but at one end there's a staircase which leads down to the sea... And the view from... More
