I visited this beach once,in the evening. The lights on the beach were amazing. The street going towards the beach had many shops and was bustling with crowd. The environment was very lively. The weather was very cool that can be attributed to the sea breeze. We sat on the beach and enjoyed lemonade with French fries. After this we headed to Tito's for dinner.

Very nice beach. Second best or may be the best beach in Goa. Spend your evening in one of any sacks here; have some drink, hookkah and sea food - really romantic expereince.....must to do.

We stayed 2 N in Calangute & 1 N in Colva. I liked Calangute more, as that beach is lot more happening. Market is superb, crowd is more, night life is there. From calangute if you walk through the beach it is just 15 minutes walk to BAGA.

We went twice once in the night and once in the day. WE dined at Britto's and it was good. Food and Portions were good. We bought the Beach bed @Rs. 100/hr. But the vendors keep you busy and you hardly get a time to relax. Anyways the water makes you energetic and the mood too. Worth a visit and... More

Vibrant and very busy beach, you are constantly bothered by people trying to sell you their wares. But it's god fun to sit in one of the many beach huts and watch the masses enjoy water sports. Food good, toilets variable beer cold.
