A calm and serene place. As expected from a beach in south Goa. The water is nice, quite clean. The sand around is hard but clean. It can get quite hot during the day. best time to visit would be after September.

If you are looking out for a quiet beach time with lesser crowd then this is a place to be. They have quite a few shacks serving food and drinks and this is mostly visited by guests staying at Hotels in the Betalbatim area.

Betalbatim beaches are quieter than North Goa's beaches but they aren't as quiet as the south beaches either, but these beaches were easily accessible since we were staying in Betalbatim and they did not let us down at all.

This is a beautiful stretch of beach which is between Betalbatim /Gonsua beach and Colva beach. Have walked along this part of the beach a number of times and it is so disappointing to see the amount of litter and rubbish there. Some of the rubbish gets washed in from the sea, however a lot is dumped by the locals... More

This beach is not a crowded beach unlike many others in Goa. It is a very good place to visit in the evenings to spend some lovely time with family and friends. Enjoyable.

A really lovely natural beach which still has the natural casuarina trees on a sandy elevation. The beach is frequented by locals at the w/end but otherwise is very quiet. There is a great shack that serves excellent prawn curry, Anris & because it is on the elevation, it has a comanding view of the sea & sunset.

Very quiet beach, there is not that many people around, perfect for relaxation. There is no that many young people there and lots of russian and british tourists. There are several beach shacks that offer nice food and drinks.

One of the best beaches for spending your personal time, laze around and gaze the sunset.... Calm waters, cool January weather and a fantastic sunset with no hustle - bustle really make this beach one of the best beaches.... Its like your own 'private Beach' indeed :-)
