Benaulim is a public beach, not clean and only a few restaurants. Beach itself is too small. Didn't find anything interesting there.

Benaulim is one of the quieter beaches in South Goa. I love the monsoon season in Goa where there are no Shacks, no trace of crowd anywhere, no cheap parties, it's serenity everywhere. Benaulim is about 30 mins drive from Airport. There are limited option of stay here though, specially in rainy seasons. Fern Beria Mar is the best option.... More

I had the urge to drive down from Mangalore and spend the New Year's Eve in Goa. Choose Benaulim which is a tiny village of the main highway as soon as you enter into South Goa. The area is never over crowded as there are very few clubs and posh hotels in the area. That is why on the roads... More

It would be exotic beach if you visit Goa. The beach was clean, safe and not crowded. One could easily enjoy the waves without having plastic hit your feet. One of the cleanest beaches I have been to. The sands were much softer than other beaches. There were shacks at the entrance - quality of food and service was excellent.... More

It's a small beach with big restaurants & shacks around. It's a great place for those who want some privacy. Overall the place is very peaceful & enjoyable.

With the sea rough in the monsoons u should t even think of swimming in the sea. Instead enjoy walking along on the quiet tourist free beach. Of course do walk with someone as pie dogs on the beach can be rather scary. There are no vendors or sales happening. Peace and quiet and being with nature is the attraction.

This is a beautiful beach, clean environment and with nice arrangement to relax. It has paragliding facility that makes it unique. Hotel Taj Exotica property is attached to this beach, making it one of the best beaches to visit when you stay in this hotel.
