Sci quest is a great way to have fun and learn at the same time. They do an amazing job with all the great exhibits. Burping man is my favorite - I have always wondered why you burp...it really is a great education blast! Treasure of Huntsville!

Pretty high cost for very little to do. Several things were out or broken the day we were there as well. Really need to invest in a food area. Plus side, very few people there so my children had the run of the place.

Grandson's went into sensory overload! They were engaged for hours. It was a positive learning experience without the pain. Hands-on activities from the time we entered until I dragged them out. They want to return!

I took my friend with her two boys to the new location on University. We used to go to Wynn Drive before but hadn't been in a few years. It still is a very exciting and playful place to explore about all kinds of science things. The boys had a blast with the green screen, and kept going back to... More

This science center is extremely good. It gives children/adults the opportunity to be hands on, which gives a much greater understanding of science. This could, hopefully, point young folks in the direction of science, which would help us all in the future.

My 4 and 6 year-old needed a break from the road on a road trip from NJ to Memphis. We saw this as a possibility and we're very glad we stopped. The displays were fun and the boys had a great time with the water table and the grossology section. We spent nearly 2 hours playing and learning.

We have museum passes and try to check out reciprocal museums when traveling. So we have seen some top notch museums and have high expectations. This place was not what I was expecting, but given that we did not pay to get in because of our pass and putting it in scale of a smaller city it is a quality... More

Thank you so much for the review. We are currently in the process of redoing our exhibit signs so they better explain the instructions and science principles. We work very hard every day to make sure all our exhibits are in working order. I will pass on your thoughts about our visitor services staff to our Visitor Relations Director so... More

There were a bunch of us visiting on the Smithsonian Free-Museum Day. We brought 5 kids ages 5 and under and they were all entertained for over three hours. Our rambunctious toddler boys had lots to do to keep them engaged and using their energy in a productive manner. Definitely a place for lots of family fun and education!

My son and I were excited to see that sci-quest had reopened. our biggest gripe about the old location was the amount of broken, non-functioning equipment. This has not changed and it is somewhat humorous when your six year old asks "Why is all their stuff still jacked up?". Little does he know that most of these items have been... More

Thank you for the review. I am very sorry you did not enjoy your last visit. We are aware that some of our older exhibits need more care after being handled by children each day. If an exhibit does seem to be broken or not working properly, please let the front desk staff know immediately so we can get it... More
