Nice place to cool down

Great place to visit and cool down specially in a sunny day. There are extensive walkways so, be prepared with comfortable shoes a camera and good sense of wonder.

We visited the Garden for the first time this weekend - and loved it. There is something there for everyone. The children's area is fun, the butterfly house is neat, and there is amazing amount of variety in the various areas and gardens. The train garden was a nice surprise, too. We signed up for annual membership.

This was such a wonderful experience with my daughter and her class! The people that work here truly love their job and are excellent with the children! This is a beautiful place and we thoroughly enjoyed OURSLEVES!

The Botanical Gardens are very interesting . A walk through is very educational. The trees are beautiful. The flowers are fabulous.

The Huntsville Botanical Garden is a must stop place in Huntsville. The Christmas light parade is fantastic for families and enjoying the Christmas spirit.

My husband and I enjoyed our walk through the garden! We went to the Botanical Garden after breakfast and wandered until about 1pm, but could have stayed longer! It wasn't crowded, the morning temperature was perfect and the scenery was wonderful. We saw many butterflies and birds buzzing around. If you are taking a family, I would plan to arrive... More

We visited with the kids in July 2013. It sure was hot! They had a special them of Giant Garden, Little Me with oversized things such as a huge water sprinkler (which was so great to cool us off in the mist), giant checkers game and giant chairs, etc.. The kids got a real kick out of it. The gardens... More

It was nice but not a flowery atmosphere. It had a few inside buildings. The village with the active locomotion was good. The pavilion with the fountains was beautiful. It's something to do if you just want to have a lazy, relaxing unadventurous day.

The gardens are beautiful but take plenty of water and wear comfortable walking shoes. Plan to spend at least an hour and bring a camera
