The Botanical Garden is one of those places that I wish I went to more often. The gardeners and docents are always rotating plants and displays so that there is always something to enjoy. The garden is quite expansive and in the winter you should definitely go and see the Galaxy of Lights. Maybe not every year... But it is... More

It is a great place to go with your children to see the Children's Garden. There is an awesome butterfly house, and I especially like walking through the Garden's when they have the scare crows up every year. You could easily spend a whole day there!

We haven't been during the day, but the lights at night are fantastic! And only $6 for adults. Definitely recommend!

We visited in October and loved the Halloween scarecrows. The flowers that were still in bloom were beautiful and the butterfly exhibit was great.

The Huntsville Botanical Garden is a wonderful place to go for either a quiet stroll, an energetic walk or to explore different plants and eco-systems. There is usually a special event going on to make each trip to the garden unique. One of my family's favorite times to visit is during the Galaxy of Lights in November and December.

This is one of Huntsville's best places to take a family for an outing. Make sure to check out events geared specifically for kids because the adults will enjoy it too. The annual plant sales are awesome and you can't beat the great gift shop - they carry some of the most unique items you can imagine. Beautiful jewelry!

The Botanical Garden in Huntsville is a very beautiful and educational. Every year, they put up Christmas Lights for the kids to see and enjoy. The paths are clear and easy to navigate. I alright, but educational for the minds of children.

This was very close to the US Space and Rocket museum so we stopped in. I called first and explained that my husband had difficulty walking as he had a stroke. No problem they said we have a shuttle and scheduled us for noon. The tickets were only twelve dollars a person and well worth it. Our guide picked us... More

My boyfriend and I went and just loved it. It was the last week of September and there were I think 3 weddings be set up (beautiful) although I wouldn't have chosen that time of year due to the Halloween decorations (which were great). The children's garden was the only area that seemed let go :(. I would go again!!
