Our kids 3, 6 loved driving through the park. Lots of animals running up to your vehicle. It's $9 a person now and about 30 mins outside Huntsville. There also are turtles, monkeys, a reptile house that you can walk around at the end. It's a bit pricy but worth going.

Both my son and I had so much fun driving through. Watch out! They stick their heads inside the vehicle. If you stay in one place too long they may scratch the car asking for food. Buy a big bucket of food. Cup wouldn't last that long.

My husband and I had planned the day while visiting Huntsville to go to the zoo. We checked the website and nothing was on there regarding them not accepting trained service dogs on their property. After driving 45 minutes one way north from our hotel we were told at the entrance we could not enter the safari with our service... More

The drive through part of the park was super fun and we were a group of 4 adults! The emus are crazy watch out - went to move my cup of food towards the window and it came into the car and food went flying everywhere! The Rams were climbing onto the cars rock guard so an older car is... More

The best part of this adventure was listening to my two kids laughing and squealing in the back seat! We all had so much fun. This is a drive thru park (drive very slow and stop a lot) where you can see deer, one zebra, bison, an ox, buffalo, rams, emus and other animals that come right up to your... More

We had a fantastic time. The animals were very friendly, the staff obviously cares about them. The best part wasn't the animals, it was watching my wife and kids have a fit every time something else stuck its head in the window. It's not a huge park, so you're not going to spend more than a couple of hours there.... More

Only flaw, they don't take debit or credit cards! Family with kids age 12, 11, 6, 5. $8 per person to get in. Cars with 5 or more get a free bucket of food. Get the big bucket, you'll need it! Animals eat from your hand and the cups.

So, we stopped here during a quick overnight visit to Huntsville during Spring Break. What we thought would be an overpriced opportunity to get the kids out of the hotel. Turned out to be SO MUCH FUN! I am not an animal person and the closer we got to the park the more worried I became, BUT I am so... More

Animals were actually in our car. We had a zebra in our car his head was on my daughters` lap. We have a video that will be a memory to laugh at forever. We loved the other animals but he was our favorite. When the bull decided to come toward us, windows went up. We were in a small car.... More

So you think a "zoo" is for kids...well Harmony Park Safari was one of the most fun things we have done. I had three bored teenagers and we were looking for something to do...we decided to go to Harmony Park Safari and had a blast. We laughed so much at all the emus, and other animals. It was a delightful... More
