Was a nice shopping and entertainment area for the city. Certainly in the warmer weather it could be very very nice to stroll around and take in the views but even in the cold weather it was very nice.

Bridge Street is a great place to shop, dine, go to a movie, or just stroll around....IF the weather is nice. It's not so much fun when it's raining or freezing cold. The expansion when Belk's was added made Bridge Street a better shopping experience. And the new restaurants have also made Bridge Street better. We enjoy the various entertainers... More

Bridge Street is an upscale outdoor shopping center with a variety of shops, restaurants, and a nice combination of small and big box stores. We were there just prior to Thanksgiving and enjoyed the tree lighting on Friday night. Many young families with children and multigenerational families enjoyed the crisp early winter evening that beckoned the Christmas season.

Well first off, there were some pretty rude people-but not letting that sway my review. It was an ok shopping experience. The kids loved the carousel and the large Christmas tree. It was a decent trip, but I won't be back

As visitors from Australia and getting closer to Christmas, the Bridge Street Town Centre was a wonderland of great shops, restaurants, craft beer places, displays and evening activities. Looking for a replacement larger diamond for my wife, we happened on Grogans Jewellers where staff went out of their way to show and explain all that was on offer. We also... More

Seems affluent. There are parking garages. Shops are connected by outdoor walking streets. The pedestrians mostly seemed well-dressed and fashionable. I was generally impressed by the area. I especially liked that the shops and restaurants kept later hours.

Great shops a lot of variety and open air. There is a carousel and other things for kids. Parking is okay. Good variety of food options. We went on Black Friday so there were a lot a deals, and the lines moved well. We went late in the morning so even for Black Friday it didn't feel over crowded even... More

Fun to walk around and look at it once. Some good restaurants, a book store, and movies worthwhile. Nearly all of the stores sell women's clothing, so the overall experience is not well balanced.

I moved to Alabama 3 years ago and the charm of Bridgestreet still has not worn off. I love to walk around it shopping or grabbing a bite to eat. I miss having water on both sides like it used to have but I understand expanding to fit in more places. It's very relaxing and always a pleasure to visit.... More
