Fishing was just so so. Found it fairly expensive for fishing license for my husband just to help the kids fish. The kids constantly had the lines tangled by others who would cast their lines over the kids lines. No fish were caught. Maybe it was just a bad night but we won't be back.

Beautiful sand and sunset at the pier! We took our family beach pictures here last night. It was the perfect spot! Lots of areas to take pictures and at different angles. The sand was so white and the area was very clean.

Took 6 and 4 year old boys out to walk the pier and watch fishermen. Nice breeze kept us cool while on the pier. Neat to see different fish and different rigs used to catch them. Several Osprey cruising around and other creatures to see from pier. Worth the walk to spend several hours.

Good place to enjoy fishing and a leisurely stroll. Prices for fishing are fair, but we don't see the need for charging to walk on the wharf. We did see sharks, about 5-6 ft. in length, swimming near the end of the wharf.

We walked the pier before sunset one night. Very laid-back atmosphere. There were lots of people fishing and just hanging out. The pelicans were tame and one would even let people touch it!

Took my two boys fishing at this pier and it was super fun. The park is right off the main coastal road, free parking and admission is as per their rates. I liked that little kids are free. We bought some live bait at the shop and had fun at the pier. Lots of fishermen of all levels of skill.... More

We really enjoyed ourselves. The area is extremely calm, peaceful, and pretty. Not very many people so there was plenty of free parking and we could get around easily. There is an informational chart that explains the types of fish that you might catch and the type of wildlife that is in the area. They also explain that special lighting... More

My husband and son makes the trip to the pier to fish every night after 9 pm to fish. The pier is open 24 hours/7 days a week for everyone's delight.
