Definitely a great course to play. There are a number of different boxes, and the course seems to always have a wind blowing. the staff was nice and the course was in great shape, with some incredible views, but you do not actually see the beach on any of the holes. As someone else remarked, this course can be a... More

The facilities (Condo) was excellent - we have stayed there several years. The golf course is very tough.

We were visiting some friends in Gulf Shores and the guys went out for a round at Kiva Dunes on Good Friday. The course and the weather were beautiful. It was not too crowded and we got around in less than 4 hours. It is very easy to get to off of highway 180.

We went to the Kiva Dunes Golf Club on March 9th at about 6:30 p.m. The pro shop staff member was rude, impatient and not interested in sharing comments or answering questions about the golf course, prices or sharing experiences with new customers. We were a party of 4 who interested in golfing and we were treated with short and... More

Great conditions, great course. With the wind blowing at least 20 mph, it was a tough test. We played okay and loved the course. Greens were fast and rolled true. Great layout and well kept. Nice staff and clubhouse.

This is the most challenging course I have ever played. The scenery is beautiful. There are barely any weeds on the entire turf. The spacious undulating greens are enveloped by monster bunkers. The staff was rowdy, friendly, and very attentive. I would not recommend it to beginners, but go for it anyway.

I was here for the first time and really enjoy this course. It was fair from the tee box you would normally play. The staff were great and looking always to see how they could make this a better experience for you.

This course has all the dips, hills, deep sand traps and water throughout the course that you get a glimpse of on their brochure of these two holes. Only drawback is not one single hole has a view of the Gulf of Mexico. I played with my husband and a friend of his and I think I lost the least... More

Rugged and mean this will test every aspect of your game. You have to know where the prevailing wind is to score decently. Lots of uneven lies. Not tricky but tough this is a true championship course

Immaculate course with a post card picture at nearly every hole - difficult course, so be prepared to make some shots when you need to. Well worth the visit.
