Great Beach

Really enjoyed the entire beach for the week. It was very clean and we'll taken care of. It's not overcrowded so there's plenty of room for everyone to put their beach stuff out.

Wonderful beach!!! It was really fun to pull out the flash lights and search the beach at night for fiddler crabs. Clean!

This is a nice facility with large restrooms and a covered pavilion for gatherings. Most times of the year you will pay a very small fee to park. The water is nice and you do not have to rush to get there early because there is plenty of parking!!

Not that I really want to give away a great place to vacation...but I can't help it! It's awesome! We were there almost 2 weeks camping. Very family friendly, you can bring your pets. Even though there are not a lot trees on each site it turned out to not be a problem at all. The days were hot and... More

Alabama keeps their parks very clean. I was impressed. Clean restrooms. Great facilities with ample parking. Really nice beach access. You do have to pay to park.

Clean beach, ample parking, and gazebo's with water to wash some of the sand off. Excellent area! We went to the "pay beach" and it was very nice.

I loved visiting this park with me family!! There where hiking trails, a pool, play park, zip lines, and our favorite, Paddle Boarding!! The price was very reasonable, even the extra fee for the Paddle Boarding was worth it. I can not wait to return this autumn

Although I have never seen so many RVs and the place in a bit broken up and has some road work going on, it was well worth the visit to the nature center here and the campground store has some really good prices on souvenirs. The interpretive center has some live specimens and some that are stuffed, but it was... More

We stayed at the Gulf Shores campground 3 nights. Despite the high temps (95 degrees) we had a great time! Campground is clean. Sites are not very private at all, especially for tent campers. Little to no shade as well. Also, there are no fire rings at campsites so unless you bring a fire pit, leave the marshmallows at home.... More
