This park never lets us down. It is awesomely clean, the staff is over the top nice, and the camp sites are huge! The splash pad for the kids is great, pool is nice, and the park is always quiet and clean!

Beautiful beaches with public parking and beach access. There are rest rooms and Boardwalk across the dunes. We went to a farmer's market which is held at the pavilion. One afternoon we watched the sunset from the beach. I can not imagine a nicer beach.

The 500 site camp ground has much to offer and if the employees would pay attention to the details, it could be fixed easily. Positive: it has good views, clean and paved sites, full hookups, nice store, good laundry facilities and access to beach and paved trails. Negative: it's a 1.5 mile jaunt to the beach and the INTERNET does... More

If you like to run or bike through parks you have got to try the Hugh Branon trails. I ride my bike through the BackCountry Trails often and usually have them all to myself. There are several loops set up and you can ride about 20 miles or so if you use all of them. The trails are well maintained... More

We really enjoyed riding bikes along the paved trails in this park. We rode about 15 miles along the scenic trails. We rented bikes at the entrance to one of the trails. Worth the money.

Very well maintained park with clean facilities. They have bay side on the water as well as other RV sites, cabins and cottages. The people are super friendly and the nearby beaches pristine!

I love Gulf State Park campground. Large, full hook-up campsites. Choice of pull through or back-in sites. Swimming pool and splash pad, tennis courts, basketball court and a nature center. The entire park is wonderful. Beach pavilion, Golf course, walking/biking trails and close to wonderful seafood restaurants.

For $1 per car entry to the park- this was by far the best value & fun for all the family! We took the kids several times to the nature center. Don't miss this place.

We visited the park to get a dose of nature and serenity and weren't disappointed. The trails are paved and used mostly by bikes (we were on foot). Lots of benches to sit and enjoy the views. The park is well-maintained and the trails well marked. Would definitely recommend.

GSP rv camping. The sites are clean, close together, grill no fire pit. Bath houses are very nice. Hot showers and clean. The pool is excellent and they have a great area where water shoots up for the little ones. Our son loves this park. It is a short distance to the beach. The sand is white and water blue.... More
